We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

Realmente nos sentimos muy bien con mis dos hijos muy acogedor el lugar y muy tranquila la zona para tener buen descanso, recomiendo 100%

Zona tranquila y cercana al centro de la ciudad, departamento limpio, ordenado, y tal cual se muestra en las fotos, pero lo que se lleva la película aquí es la vista que tiene el departamento ya sea de día o de noche la vista a toda la ciudad era simplemente hermosa 10/10

Michelle is a really nice host and always responsive to all the questions we had!:) The building and the flat was clean and you had access to all the common areas. Loved it :)

Oscar and Diana were amazing and so was their condo. Very comfortable accommodations with literally everything you could want within walking distance. Coffee shop downstairs along with brunch, a bodega , pharmacy, and Carolina park. Great hosts with perfect and timely communication. Thank you so much 🙏

We had a fantastic stay in Quito! The unit is located in a great neighborhood with lots to do, and the building is secured by a 24/7 guard. We loved the decor, with floor to ceiling windows and a modern aesthetic. Diego and Monica are very responsive and proactive, with clear and helpful instructions. Highly recommend!

Un espacio pequeño pero súper bien distribuido y con todo lo necesario. El garaje seguro y fácil de estacionar

La pasamos super bien, el departamento es muy lindo, super cómodo, super bien adecuado y completo, muy tranquilo, super bien ubicado y un lugar seguro para movilizarse y con mucgas opciones de restaurante, panaderias, heladerias, cerca centros comerciales y plazas, muy facil de llegar. Todo estuvo impecable. Xavier es super amable y siempre respondía muy rápidamente. Definitivamente un lugar recomendado, al que volveremos seguramente. =)

The response is very fast. The host is very nice and helps with any problem. He has a solution for everything. Unfortunately we did not get to stay at his property due to a flight cancellation, but we got to know an amazing person and he understood the situation and handled it amazingly.

Este alojamiento realmente es muy agradable, y la atención de su anfitrión excelente. Es un buen lugar de fácil acceso, ubicación, y bonito. Sin duda alguna espectacular, cercano a todo lo que necesitaba.

The place was clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully check in was easy and available even at 9pm, so if you have a late day flight you're safe. You're also in a good location so mall is right down the street, movies are near by, and numerous other places near by as well. The stove and oven work well, and having a washer and dryer is super useful. And the owner responded to all my questions and was responding at a reasonable place as well. The only complaint i can have about it, is why are all the knives dull and why not chefs knife, made it tricky to make food between me and my fiancée. But still over all as a place to stay for me and my girlfriend, who i was visiting and purposed to, it was a nice place that we both enjoyed. I would personally recommend it very highly.

Uno de los mejores departamentos en Cumbayá. La seguridad es excelente; el personal siempre está atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Como punto a considerar, la señal de internet puede volverse intermitente en el dormitorio, lo que en ciertos momentos resulta algo tedioso.

We had such a great stay! They were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. It was a queen bed with a single bed that you can pull out from under. The space is a little small, but it worked well for 2 people. The building was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and near the metro and bus station or a short Uber ride to most places in Quito.

La pasamos super bien, equipada y iluminada , una muy bonita estancia

Fabiola tiene su apartamento ubicado muy cerca de el hospital donde mi tío se operó, su amabilidad es excelente, todo muy bien y recomendable para quienes gusten visitar la ciudad. Excelente vista panorámica. Highly recommended Fabi it’s an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.
