We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Место и дом оправдали все наши ожидания. Отличное расположение, как в сказке: на право пойдешь (10 мин) супермаркеты и кафе найдёшь, на лево пойдешь (10 мин) дикий и чистейший пляж найдёшь, с минимальным количеством людей, а если пройти чуть дальше, то и вообще их отсутствие. Сам дом очень чистый и обустроен всем необходимым, все соответствует фотографиям, нам даже предоставили пляжные зонты и кресла. Спасибо хозяину за прием, нам помогли организовать трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, по приезду любезно предоставили питьевую воду, печенье для ребёнка и даже пиво для взрослых, и еще много всего) Семья в восторге от отдыха! Безусловно будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым!

The house is very cozy, well-maintained and fully equipped. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. They were very friendly and communicative and responded promptly to our messages and calls. They showed us around the house and explained how to use all the appliances. The area is very beautiful, quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here.

A casa di Themis ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è molto tranquilla. Siamo stati accolti dai suoi genitori che sono stati molto gentili e premurosi. La casa è spaziosa e lo spazio esterno è comodo e molto ben tenuto. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. I letti sono comodi. La signora ci ha preparato un’ottima pita. Esperienza positiva.

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

O casă de vacanță absolut superbă în Sithonia! Am petrecut un sejur minunat într-o casă extrem de bine dotată, în care ne-am simțit ca acasă din prima clipă. Gazdele au avut grijă de absolut toate detaliile – de la fier și masă de călcat, feon, aparat de cafea cu spumant de lapte și toaster, până la cuptor cu microunde, mașină de spălat rufe și chiar mașină de spălat vase. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar dotările – de foarte bună calitate: geluri de duș și șampon, prosoape pufoase, lenjerie de pat premium. Terasa este un colț de rai – parfumul florilor și sunetele plăcute ale rândunicilor creează o atmosferă de vis. În plus, grătarul pe gaz este ideal pentru seri relaxante în familie. Casa are aer condiționat, aparat pentru protecție anti-insecte, iar totul este gândit pentru confort. Este perfectă pentru familii cu copii – plaja are nisip fin, galben, și o intrare lină în apa turcoaz. Există și șezlonguri, plus echipamente pentru activități pe apă. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Brilliant stay. The flat is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is well equipped and there is so much space. There are steps from the garden down to a very quiet beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village although we visited out of season so most only open on the weekend.

Konaklama adresimizi bulmamız ve giriş yapmamız son derece kolaydı. Ev sahibimiz bize önceden konum bilgisi ileterek destek oldu. Mevsim itibarıyla havalar soğumuştu ama evde battaniye gibi destek ihtiyaçları hazır edilmişti. Her anlamda kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

First of all, the view was fantastic, and we had quick access to what I think was the nicest part of the beach in the city. The appartement had everything we could need and the living room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were tiny but cozy and comfortable. We used the aircon in the living room to cool the whole appartement at night. Dimitris was a lovely host and greeted us kindly even though we couldn't give him a time of arrival in advance. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Die Wohnung ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderbaren Latoura Beach entfernt. Kommunikation war top, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat einen tollen Balkon und verfügt über viele nützliche Dinge, die man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt (wie zB Sonnenschirm, Strandhandtücher, Beachball-Set etc) Das Bett ist bequem und die Küche voll ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung!

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

Υπέροχο μέρος, πολύ προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρους χώρους φιλοξενίας. Εμείς με την παρέα μου (σύνολο 5 άτομα) μείναμε στην βίλα "ΙΩΑΝΝΑ" η οποία είναι εξαιρετική! Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση, εξαιρετικό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό! Πολύ ικανοποιητική η πισίνα όσον αφορά το μέγεθος της και πολύ καθαρή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Magnifique séjour en famille chez Spyros ! La villa est très belle avec des chambres décorées avec goût. Les salles de bain sont aussi très agréables et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont vastes et abrités. L'environnement est paisible. Mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans ont adoré profiter du grand jardin et de la chouette place de jeux. L'accès à la mer est direct sur une plage privée. Un paradis pour petits et grands ! Nous avons aussi fait la rencontre de petits chats adorables qui passent dans le jardin dont mes enfants ont adoré s'occuper et les nourrir. Merveilleux séjour dans un logement que je recommande assurément. Nous voulons déjà revenir !

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!
