The host was so warm and friendly — even helped me carry my stuff when I was leaving, which was really sweet. I felt very comfortable the whole time. A Perfect Stay for a Special Occasion This home was more than my husband and I could have asked for. We rented it for our party of seven while in Atlanta for our daughter’s graduation. We needed space that offered: 1) privacy for three married couples and our young adult son, 2) room to assemble decorations, and 3) a well-equipped kitchen to prep food and desserts for 80 guests (don’t worry—the event wasn’t held at the house, lol!). This home checked every box. It’s spacious, spotless, and has top-notch appliances and every kitchen tool imaginable. The beds are super comfortable, and the backyard is a relaxing, private oasis. The neighborhood is peaceful yet close to the interstate, restaurants, shops—even a post office. Robyn is the best—super responsive and quick to help. We all felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Robyn! It was a pleasure working with you and staying in this beautiful home!

Claire & Roger were great host! The location was beautiful, and I felt very safe. The room and their home were super clean. The area was very quiet and even though there was another guest in the adjoining room/Jack & Jill situation I never heard them. The door between us was locked and only I had access to the bathroom which was immaculate. Everything about their home felt safe and peaceful and I would love to stay there again if I'm traveling though the area! Thank you again Claire & Roger for allowing me to stay in your home!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

It was cozy like home. It was a bit hard to see from the street because of the trees and the mailbox is covered in vines blocking the numbers. Overall it was great and would stay there again next year.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 2 months and had two people working from home and it was very comfortable. The place was clean and spacious, bed was comfy, kitchen had everything you needed, and WiFi was fast. Big tv too. Derek was great too. Would stay here again.

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!
