The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. The attached apartment is the entire top level of our home, a private entrance. It has a bedroom with one queen bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower. From the living room, kitchen, and common space there is also, a queen bed. Enjoy the most spectacular views the Inlet has to offer. Enjoy your coffee while watching the glorious seaward sunrise.
