Loved the apartment. Met my needs and it looked exactly as advertised. The host was really nice, friendly and accomodative. We felt cold on the first day of check in and the host was proactive to offer us another heater. It was a good stay!

Staying at Joel’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home — as if we were staying at a friend’s cozy retreat rather than just a rental. The studio itself is even better than the pictures; they truly don’t do it justice. It’s bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Joel was a fantastic host — responsive, kind, and welcoming. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the Lichfield and surroundings!

From booking to checkout everything was perfect.

The place is excellent and wonderful, although it is very small, but it is clean. Thank you. However, the kitchen utensils need to be renewed. It was a very pleasant stay.

Jay’s place was really nice, the jacuzzi was the best part and definitely worth it, the place was nice and clean and host got back to us quickly, also check in was nice and easy.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Justine and hubby.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Wonderful, friendly hosts with a passion that delivers. Very communicative, responsive and accommodating. Location is convenient and within walking distance to Bullring shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Apartment is modern style with a simplicity that speaks elegance. Cosy and immaculately with all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation was stunning, in a beautiful, rural area that was still close to everything you would need (pubs, restaurants, shops, attractions etc.) Would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay again😊

Lovely little place that suited our needs. The bedrooms were bigger than they looked in the photos, especially the upstairs double. The parking was a little awkward due to other cars in other properties but not a huge problem - we had 3 cars there at one point and fitted in.

We stayed at Martin's place for one night, but it was so good I wouldn't mind staying a few more nights. They had everything and more to make you feel right at home. I would say it's one of the best air BnB we have stayed at. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ballroom. We knew it would be lovely from the photos but were not prepared for just how big the place was..it's huge! The location could not be better. So close to all the restaurants and cafes but at the same time quiet. Melbourne coffee and Sorisso Italian opposite are both brilliant and I would recommend checking these out. Sam our host was great with communications and Debbie who took care of us on arrival was very attentive and made us feel most welcome.

Place was great, I had to book last minute due to a cancellation and couldnt have been a more straightforward and stress free experience

Excellent apartment. Had a great stay. The apartment was as described if not better. The location is excellent with lots of cafes and restaurants. Short stroll to York Road with loads of higly recommended restaurants. Bus stop for buses into the city at the end of the road a minute's walk away. The apartment was quiet, clean with all amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. Bathroom was clean. Comfortable bed. This will be my go to accommodation in the future. Chab was an excellent host with prompt communication and response. Highly recommend this apartment.

Clean, well equipped comfortable apartment. Quiet location ideally placed for visiting the Malvern Hills. Chose this apartment because it was so near to my relatives who we were meeting up with for family get together. Highly recommended and will definitely book this apartment again. Neil and Naomi were excellent hosts.

My parents were back to stay here again, a month after last visit to one of Rachel’s properties. Just as great as we’ve come to expect. Fair to say a home from home.
