This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. Lovely basement suite for rent, in a quiet villa area. 3 minutes walk to bus stop (Bus 160, enters Oslo S, via Sandvika every 15 mins) 5 min drive to Kolsås subway station. And if you come alternatively by car, there is free parking in the courtyard. It is possible to arrange a pickup at Kolsås metro station, if it fits with the arrival time.
