Karen’s place is a beautiful location right on the lake! The space was pristine and Karen was so kind and accommodating!

Karen communicated well and was extremely accommodating. She had great suggestions for our stay. I’d likely stay here again.

We came in all the way from Florida and cannot wait to return as it was close to our family's house and We visited Cedar point while we were there and all was relatively close. The hottub was the highlight of my stay while my sister couldn't get off the awesome couch! It was perfect for what we needed for a couple of days, The washer and dryer were a great addition to our Pro list...I loved listening to the trains go by but definitely a bit noisy If that isn't your thing..otherwise the house was so cute and had everything stocked if you needed it, it was there...Semi private but wasn't an issue for us, We felt safe and secure as 2 sisters traveling for a wedding...It was A Mermaids Dream home next to the lake for sure!

This place rocks! Karen and her husband did a phenomenal job of reimagining this space and turning into a destination. All the units are well thought out and furnished with everything you might need. The pool and hot tubs were huge hit with my boys, along with the generous amounts of pool floats available to use. The location is perfect, with one of the best views in all of Catawba. Sipping coffee on the porch swing every morning, as you look out at the lake was bliss. You can sit in the hot tub or on one of the many deck chairs and have a perfect location for the sunset every night. As someone who comes to Catawba frequently -- there is no competition for this place. I wish I could keep it all to my self -- and not tell everyone how good it is, as I fear soon this place will be sold out for the foreseeable future.

Another great time! The place is beautiful now in the late spring/summer! Spent a lot of time just hanging out in the yard and hot tub. Thanks again!

We cannot rate the Lake House high enough. The views were spectacular & we had almost as good a time birding as the Magee Marsh Bird Path. We will definitely be back to Ohio for further trips. Everything was amazing.

Brad’s place was incredible welcoming and appealing. Everything was exactly as expected and the bed was extremely comfortable!! This was a solo weekend for myself to get away for a bit so the only downside was how loud it was due to the neighbors and fisherman, but would definitely stay again! I can’t wait to come back with the husband and kids! Thanks Brad and family for a wonderful weekend and opening your boathouse up to me!!

We arrived late and left early on our trip cross country, so didn't get to enjoy to beauty of being on this lake, but appreciated the location and the comfortable accomodations.

The house was a wonderful place for some precious time with my adult children! We loved the porch with a view and played a lot of games sitting out there laughing more than we ever have! Thank you so much Katie and family!!

We just got home from a lovely Thanksgiving mini getaway at Joshua’s place. He made extra effort to get us a fire pit and even fire wood since I inquired if one was available and also helped us out when we were short a set of sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed to serve Thanksgiving dinner for 11 and other meals, too. The stove and oven worked great - lots of pots available. Large refrigerator. Easy to work in space. The table accommodated all of us. Loved the tile counters. Updated bathrooms were appreciated. Appreciated the coloring books provided for the littles. Nice encouraging decor. Lakeside is such a charming little resort area - we love it there. A maybe 2 block walk gets us down to Lake Erie with the beauty of the rocks, sky, water. Several parks in walking distance—just great. Thank you for everything.

Lovely spot with walk to access to the Lake Erie and a beautiful walking community. Of our group of five, three were from the high-end meeting and events industry. Professionally the property was accurately described, clean and in a great location. Access was easy and our group had a great time.

Matt was a very responsive host. Communication was outstanding. We were there in May for walleye fishing.Which is everything it's reported to be. Location is really close to the landing. Can't report on any restaurants because after cleaning fish we cooked in. Kitchen has everything you need. Put-In-Bay looks like a lively place. I'm from Wisconsin and it reminds of Door County. The golf carts are an enjoyable plus. We had 2 trucks and still rented one from next door for week. Mostly to just sight see. Told my wife when I got home I'd like to take her there in the summer. Highly recommended.

This little cottage exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt right at home and the neighborhood is so charming. We walked to the gazebo every night at sunset, definitely a must do if you stay here! Only about a 10 minute drive to cedar point which was the main reason for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cool cottage right on Vermillion River. Loved the kayaks and the unique cottage. Make note of check-in and check-out times for trip planning. They are a bit later/earlier than standard. Terrific stay with long time friends

I’ve stayed in many VRBO’s throughout the US and this has to be my absolute best experience. David has gone over and above to make you feel right at home. I loved the “coffee bar”. I’m a tea drinker and he had me covered. I usually have to bring my own portable tea kettle and forgot it this time. He totally had me covered from a variety of teas and coffees. I will be back again next year and know exactly where I’ll be staying. What a great little place. Next time I won’t have to pack as much! As a host, David nailed it! Thank you David for the Ohio hospitality! We had such a great time!

This is the perfect location for a family (or 2) that want to spend time near Lake Erie. The house is directly across from the nicest playground I’ve been to! There is also beach access at the park. You’re located a few min from the Jet Express and about 20 min from Millers Ferry if you want to hop over to an island for the day. The house is very cute and charming, we enjoyed coffee on the porch and the kids loved the large upstairs loft!

Linda’s home was a great getaway for our little family! Conveniently located near restaurants, the beach, a great playground, and other attractions! The home itself had lots of great amenities and attention to detail to make us feel right at home!

I was deeply impressed by the amenities offered, including bikes, firewood, snacks, etc. The location is wonderful and price extremely reasonable for what was provided.
