Sandvedparken which is Sandnes largest park is located 2 min from the apartment, perfect for a quiet trip or a jog. Trains and public transport in the immediate vicinity. Parking space in own closed garage. Has field beds if needed for more bed space.

Fin og fredelig overnattingssted med meget sentral beliggenhet. Kun 2 minutters gange til togstasjon og 4 minutter til Langgata i Sandnes. Stuen har sovesofa. Leiligheten er ren og ryddig med nye eller pent brukte møbler. Det er god plass på kjøkkenet som har innebygget oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap og komfyr. Kjøkkenet har utstyr som blant annet kaffemaskin og vannkoker. På soverommet er det kontorplass med utsikt ut mot gaten. Det er god plass på soverommet i skuffer og skap for oppbevaring.
