Enjoy the best of both worlds! Easy access to Oxford (5 miles)or Abingdon (4 miles), or to explore the Cotswolds. Tucked away in a quiet no-through lane in rural Old Boars Hill. Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Driveway parking available for one car. EV charging (Type 2 7.4 kW) available, just let us know! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop that is a 10-15 minute journey to Oxford City Centre. There is a bus direct to Oxford Brookes University too. Even closer is Cowley Road, home to some amazing restaurants and bars.
