Hunter's property was perfect for a weekend of exploring the everglades. It was a central location easy to reach many natural areas and having the kayaks and bicycles was an added bonus that allowed us to explore the island. You can easily reach Chokoloskee and pther state parks and after a full day of adventure, wind down in this comfortable property. His space was spotless and the mattress for the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever felt! Would highly recommend

NEW Island Paradise With Private Heated Pool/Dock

What a beauty!!! This house was better than the pictures and the descriptions provided! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of - and we had a blast making some meals and dining by the pool. The pool was gorgeous and warm, with lots of sun through late afternoon. We rented bikes, fished from the dock, and made use of the gym in the garage. Rusty called to welcome us, made some recommendations on places we’d not tried previously, and explained how a few things worked. He stopped by when we had a challenge using the surround sound system. He was a very thoughtful host, and checked in an additional time to make sure all was as expected. We’re already looking forward to returning!! Thanks again for a great week!

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. Easy parking for both our truck and boat, which made things super convenient. Sarah was friendly and very responsive. We didn’t end up using the boat slip, but it was nice knowing it was available. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying at Mike's place with our 3 adult children to celebrate our youngest's birthday. It was a perfect venue and close to kayaking and the Animal Sanctuary & Alligator Park that we wanted to do/visit. Mike was very responsive to questions I had, and I would highly recommend his place!

My family and I loved our stay! It was the pefect area- peaceful and quiet! The yard was super spacious- my boys loved playing catch and seeing all the various wildlife-- deer, lizards, snakes, frogs, etc..We also enjoyed all the various plants and fruit trees The pool made for fun times when we decided to stay back at the house and not venture out for thr day. It was very clean and well kept! We loved that the *entire* house was reverse osmosis filtered!! Super convenient not having to buy drinking water for our stay as we go through tons of water!!! Hosts were very sweet and speedy to answer any of my questions.. Was convenient having various kids games, books, stroller, etc.. Was also very helpful having so many beach towels :) Definitely recommend a stay here!

My partner and I had a lovely ten day stay. The house was back in the foliage behind the main house making it very private. The porch was great to get some morning sun and afternoon shade. There is another living area next door and the laundry is shared. The bathroom was my favorite. I kept telling my partner that I want the exact same bathroom in our future home. We had the privilege to speak to the owner and share life stories. He also gifted us a mango and gave us recommendations to stores and beaches. If I am ever back in Naples, I will attempt to stay here again. It was an amazing place to be.

The room was exactly as described. Darcy was instructions were clear. just know that the outside picture is not where you will be and if you plan on sleeping on the roll away twin bed be ready for not such a great night's sleep, very thin mattress. with that being said the area is so peaceful and beautiful.
