We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and comfortable. Our hosts provided some snacks and water which was so appreciated after a long drive with our baby. We have family in the area and would absolutely stay again next time we visit!

we had a very good stay! The place was very close to a few museums and within a 15 min drive to great restaurants and other attractions. The two bedrooms were perfect for a family traveling with children and the extra small child amenities were excellent!5/There were a few issues during the stay (WiFi went out and a small sink problem in the bathroom) but the host got them fixed immediately! I'd definitely book this property again!

Great location, right on the beach. The place was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Josh and Maegan were very detailed in their instruction I didn’t have to reach out to them for anything.

I had a wonderful stay at Raisa’s apartment! The place is very close to the water and since it is pet friendly I brought my dog. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of historic homes to walk around and look at. It’s also very close to the highway so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much!

Steff's place is great! This is our 4th year staying here on our way down to the beach. She thinks of everything you may need for your stay and responds quickly to messages. she eveneaves treats for the doggies! Highly recommend!

Although I was only here for a short stay? Dottie’s place was very cozy and welcoming. I thought it was a great touch that the furniture in the house matched the overall look and feel of the home, and also how all the trinkets and decorations around the home were specific to Portsmouth. I would definitely love to come back with my family.

Lovely carriage house on large and private property, very quiet and peaceful. Nikki's home is elegant and delightful. When we arrived it was set up for our arrival with the most romantic and dreamy lighting with music, my husband and I were both delighted!! The apartment style carriage is well decorated with tasteful art and antiques. Nikki and her family were the perfects hosts, ensuring everything we (and our pups) needed during our extended stay. 100% would recommend to anyone traveling in the area, you will be well looked after by Nikki.

Me and my family loved our stay. The pool and hot tub was great and lots of fun, we didn’t expect how deep it was. The mini golf course is a good time as well. There was so much to enjoy at the house we barely had time to go to the beach. And the host and owner were extremely friendly, and helpful.

We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were superb! Our hosts were very responsive and willing to assist at a moments notice. The refrigerator stopped working (not very old) and they sent someone within hours and made sure there was refrigeration until the refrigerator could be replaced! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future. It was a wonderful experience!

Our stay was amazing and the house fit our needs perfectly. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the location of the house is nice and quiet and away from the crowds and traffic! It's also a quick drive to the convention center and many restaurants and shops. It was also nice not having to pack so much extra beach stuff to bring along (chairs, wagon, etc) because they had it all available to use. My kids loved the pool, playing Jenga on the porch and corn hole outside. My husband and older son took the bikes out for a spin too. We had a few questions before and during the stay and Bradley was very responsive and helpful every time. We will definitely stay here again if we head back to Virginia Beach next year! I could not wait to write a review about our stay. So much so that we are not even home yet. We had a glorious week at Bay Bliss! Bliss is the perfect description. Anywhere in this beautiful home you can hear the waves of the ocean. There was nothing better than listening to that while falling asleep on the comfiest bed in the master bedroom. Hosts were extremely responsive, helpful with local recommendations and extremely friendly. I have stayed at lot of AirBnb’s and hotels. Honestly, I have never felt so at home and I felt that way from the second I walked in the door. We will definitely be back.

This spot was everything we needed and more. The hosts are kind and accommodating, really made us feel at home from the jump. The place itself? Even better than the pictures. Clean, cozy, and had that good energy you hope for when you’re staying somewhere new. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Would 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Big thanks to the hosts for making it such a smooth and comfortable experience for my family.

Lovely CLEAN beach home. Easy 5 min walk ( with toddler) to a beautiful beach. The short walk made it easy for us to go to the beach several times/day. Gorgeous sunrise! We really appreciated how kid/family friendly the home was! Our young kids felt safe just across the hall from us and my parents were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the house. Thank you Pip and Sheryl! We hope to be back in the future!

What a wonderful job our hosts did! They provided all the supplies we could possibly need and then some! They truly thought of everything. We only had to buy food for ourselves, while most air bnb’s we’ve stayed in have one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, a tiny bottle of dish soap, etc. It felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a stranger’s. It was very short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having a recent back injury, this made a huge difference for me. They provided clear instructions about everything, we never had a need to contact them, though I’m sure they would’ve been very responsive if we had. I don’t have any complaints or suggestions for improvement at all!

Great place to stay, had everything we needed.

My family and I had a great stay at Pam's condo. Condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 and had great views of the ocean from all rooms. The condo was very close to my favorite 2 VB restaurants (Waterman's and Chix on the Beach), which made it nice. I would recommend the trolley to go to the north side of VB as it's about a 2 mile walk from the condo. Great place though and highly recommend Pam's condo.

Charles was very kind and a great host , always answered our messages quickly. The airbnb was very clean and very nice, We loved our stay here !

What an amazing stay! I've never been satisfied with an Airbnb, the photos always are so much nicer than the reality - but Big Blue was actually even better than advertised! Merlyn's communication prior to arrival made things very easy. Accessing the unit was simple, and I felt safe with the self-locking doors. The unit was clean and so comfortable, with many personal touches - I instantly felt at home. I was overjoyed when I arrived and toured the unit. Really exceeded my expectations which was such a different feeling than all the other Airbnb I've rented over the years. The beach access was tidy and pretty, the gym and beach gear a nice touch, and the foot wash station was appreciated after my morning walks with the dog. I really can't say enough great things about my stay here. Hosts were friendly and helpful every step of the way. We mostly spent our time traveling around the area from VA Beach to OBX so I can't speak much about Norfolk/Ocean View. I would def rent Big Blue again.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of three. It was awesome to be able to cook a few meals during our trip. This was in the perfect location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were able to walk to the fishing pier and the Rudee Inlet easily. We loved how the condo was decorated too. Our host was wonderful! Very helpful and responsive!

We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.

The condo was very clean with all necessary essentials. We loved sitting on the porch watching the wildlife, especially the numerous ospreys. It is centrally located, only a short drive to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Plan for about a day at each to fully enjoy everything. The grounds of the resort are lovely and a great place to walk or ride bikes. Rodica was very easy to communicate with and was most helpful with all checking instructions, especially with our late arrival. We would definitely like to return.

Great stay, very responsive host. Plenty of extra goodies there (beach gear, baby plates and utensils, high chair, board games). Would highly recommend taking your family to this condo.
