Located on a short 10 minute walk from Eastcliff beaches and only about 25 to 30 minutes from Westcliff. A great choice for a couple or young family looking for a quick escape to the beach.

Adrian not only makes check in and out so easy and personable he prepares your welcome with a gift of local cookies and orange juice & milk. He wants to set the beds in the rooms up to how you prefer. Everything is immaculate and clean. The penthouse is so well maintained and the main room view us glorious. Well worth staying here. Thank you for such a relaxing and gorgeous weekend break.

Super few days in the glorious sunshine of swanage. Really good location with a dog as beautiful park right outside - just at the end of durlston country park basically. Lovely welcome tray, even for the dog! Bed linen lovely and comfy and felt luxurious. Really quiet- didn’t need ear plugs or eye mask! Love that there were little extras like salt and pepper, enough washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs so we could eat a few meals at home at least. Cosy, hot water worked great on demand! We have a low bottomed car so the only tricky part was the parking which was a bit bumpy/ high- watch out. Really lovely responsive owners when we arrived and had a few questions. Would recommend!

Such a great location, short walking distance to the beach (which was beautiful) and a lovely restaurant by the beach too (Rockwater). Very clean accommodation and had everything we needed. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to return.

We stayed for 3 nights at “The View”. The property was ideally located for exploring the Mudeford area. On the waterfront it had views that you would never tire of. It is set in a peaceful and quiet location and is perfect for a chilling break. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped if you choose to stay in. All in all we would recommend to others and will hopefully return to stay in the not too distant future 👍.

Tom and his team were perfect hosts, as he was away he let us know beforehand but as he owns the (superb) pizza restaurant below help was easily on hand if needed. We said we would eat take out pizza on the first night and he said let me know if you want to preorder - which I had as it was an hour wait when we ordered, but less than half an hour later we were treated like visitors to the restaurant with staff bringing out food upstairs to us - certainly service above and beyond and a great thanks to all. Fresh and spotless apartment which is exactly as it looks in the listing photos. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach and town centre, but also quiet despite the central location. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed. Loved sitting at the dining table and watching the sea view! The apartment building is also very clean and well kept, and really convenient with the private parking garage in the basement. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It’s a lovely walk into town along a foot/cycle path next to the Bourne. A Beryl bike station is right outside the property. There are some nice restaurants within a 20-minute walk and there is a Co-op 10 minutes walk away. All in all, a very convenient alternative to expensive hotels in the centre of town.

Maggie’s place is stunning, we loved the sunny sitting room and the courtyard garden. The whole place is extremely well equipped, Maggie had thought of everything. The bed is really comfy, cosy with beautiful linen. We loved it and hope to stay again sometime. Thanks Maggie.

What a lovely modern, light, clean apartment with the most amazing views. We would recommend this all day long! Would love to come back and enjoy all that Swanage and the coast has to offer. Fab!

This flat was a great find ! Free parking spot right outside. The flat is right in the town centre but out of the way. It had a lovely privaye court yard with seating area with pretty lights ! It was quiet considering how close to the centre. Charlotte was very accommodating and responsive. I like to cook, and the kitchen was perfectly clean & had all the equipment and more 👩‍🍳 The bed was super comfy ! The TV was huge 😆 Great stay, will be back 🙌😊

Had a lovely stay at Chris’s place. The place was very well furnished and equipped with lovely decor. Chris was very quick to respond when we got in touch and was there in time to handover keys. The only drawback was that the blinds in the bedroom are not light proof and the room is quite warm so had to leave windows open, because of which daylight was streaming in from 4.30 am and the passing vehicles outside through the night made it a little difficult to sleep, so would suggest keeping a fan and changing the blinds. The stay was otherwise lovely, with thoughtful touches such as a wine bottle with wine glasses and biscuits for tea and coffee.

The acommodation was wonderful, exactly what I was looking for and I am happy to have found it. The house was fully equiped, just felt like home. Beautiful, bright and very welcoming, at a short distance from the beach. The hot tube was the highligh for the chilly evening (sadly we messed up the water temperature a bit :D) Jemma is a great, allways responsive and helpful. I will totally book the place again for another getaway. Thank you!!!

We had a great bank holiday weekend. The place was perfect for our family of 4 with our dog. Our kids loved the hot tub. We also thought the kitchen was good for eating meals. The location is amazing especially if you are looking to go to the dog friendly beach, ferry, or restaurants.

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. Lee and Karen were great hosts. So friendly and made us both feel right at home! I stayed there with my best friend for the Bournemouth festival and We couldn’t recommend them enough, the annex was lovely and clean we felt really cosy and had everything we needed. They were very helpful with taxi services and things to do/places to go ect and couldn’t thank them enough! Had a great weekend Thankyou again and we will be back!

The accommodation with Phoebe and Khalid met all my expectations. I particularly liked the proximity to the train station and the beautiful beach, as I only travelled by public transport. Grocery shops, restaurants and pubs are just around the corner and yet the location is quiet. The room is functionally furnished, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils as well as spices, oil, vinegar, coffee etc., which I have never found before and appreciated all the more. As the AirBnB area has a separate entrance, there is less contact with the hosts and you have a lot of privacy. As you receive an access code before you arrive, you are flexible in terms of time and don't have to be there at a pre-arranged time. I would definitely book this accommodation again. Where do I start, this was a perfect little getaway. Very clean and nicely decorated to give you that welcoming feeling. We had an amazing time at the secluded garden and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a bit of peace and quiet. Chanel was also very responsive and helpful if anything was asked so I will definitely be visiting again.
