The apartment has a great location in front of Forte Beach and Dunas Beach! It is spacious, ventilated and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining and living room with TV, a balcony with a sea view, a laundry area and a full kitchen. Air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. The beach has an infrastructure of kiosks, lifeguards and security. The location is excellent for enjoying the best of Cabo Frio and the region. No need to use a car.

Our apartment is located about 100 meters from Praia Grande, one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches in Arraial do Cabo, and is ideal for families, with or without children, and/or groups of friends of up to 9 people. Near our cozy space, there are several restaurants and bars along the waterfront. Excellent apartment with large living room, kitchen, enclosed balcony that can become a pleasant room with a beautiful view at dawn; three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

A modern living area features a white leather sofa adorned with turquoise decorative pillows. Large glass doors open to a balcony with ocean views, allowing natural light to enhance the space. A flat-screen TV is positioned on a wooden unit, complemented by decorative plants.
