Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The address suited us perfectly, very close to the campsite and not so far from Búzios. The space of the house also accommodated us perfectly. The cottage is small but served us for 4 nights. It's very close to the Rocket Beach. Cristina, whenever we needed her, responded quickly. We loved it.

I loved the Loft. Super functional, even has an Air flyer. Franci is always very attentive, responding in a few minutes and best of all, she is right on the beach. It's across the street, it's on the beach. I'll be back for sure.

Accommodation as described in the listing, with large rooms, all with mattresses and beds, as advertised, ample spaces for those who go with a larger group. The neighborhood is quiet, between Arraial do Cabo and Praia do Forte, which is great for those who want to walk along several beaches. Excellent host reception.

Super is worth it! We thought the structure was great, consistent with the listing and photos. We received recommendations for the beach and places to visit and we went to most of them and have no regrets. We rented a car, so we were halfway between Cabo Frio and Arraial, so getting around was not a problem. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The accommodation was amazing, just like the photos, there were 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms inside the apartment, a super spacious living room, a large terrace with its own pool, a covered grill room, a covered laundry room, a very spacious kitchen, and an incredible view of the port where all the excursions leave from Praia Dos Anjos, everything was impeccable...

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. Undoubtedly the best thing was the location: really unbeatable, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main points of interest. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, comfortable, clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay. We 100% recommend staying at this place, and would definitely come back on an upcoming visit. Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, the concern is very noticeable, all the appliances are in perfect condition. Although it is somewhat isolated from the city (I rented it) the loft is worth every penny. Extremely quiet place, you wake up and sleep with the sound of the sea! The hydromassage is another strong point, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this is the place! To check-in and checkout was also very easy to do. I will definitely return again!!!!

I'm delighted! Paula was super helpful, a lovely person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. The cottage is simply amazing, cozy, with wonderful views and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I booked a wedding surprise on the side, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever had! The environment was carefully prepared, with beautiful decor and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. We will definitely be back more often. Gratitude for everything!

My experience at Casa Atenas was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A special highlight is the wonderful view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the host was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and will definitely be back on my next visit to Arraial do Cabo!

Super indico!!! Very attentive hosts, they gave super tips that made all the difference. In addition to being a cute and super well equipped and clean, it is perfect for those who do kitesurfing… From the terrace and windows it is possible to see one of the kite points. Very nice ! Great location. I'll definitely go back !

Well-kept apartment and exactly as shown in the photos. In addition, the kitchen is very complete. Not to mention that it is very close to the best entrance to the beach, if you feel like going to the bathroom or getting something from the apartment, it's very quick! Another positive point: it faces the fair with good food and fun for children at night. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Market for quick shopping in front of the apartment. The apartment's balcony makes it well ventilated, bright and comfortable. Finally, we had a great experience with the apartment and Ceiça's availability. It's worth the investment for everything the apartment offers.
