The accommodation is extremely faithful to the description that is given. Everything is very organized, clean, with items that complement the accommodation (hairdryer, iron, air fryer, etc.). The bed is very comfortable and the shower heats up perfectly. The location is very quiet, and my favorite part was that the “backyard” of the accommodation is the sea, a few meters away, which makes the experience even better (a walk there in the late afternoon makes us feel very blessed). Everything was very well thought out to make hosting easy and efficient. The system where access is done by digital locks is ingenious. And all the tips provided were very helpful, I wish I had time to enjoy the bikes, but my stay was very short and rushed. I intend to return and it would certainly be a great option for a future return. I am very grateful for all the information I received and that made my experience even better. Always successful!

Our stay at Casa Proa was wonderful, I totally recommend it. Gabriel and Patricia are excellent hosts, always attentive to our needs and with a very warm and friendly treatment. We went with our 3-year-old and were very patient with her. We were 5 minutes from Geribá beach walking and about 15 minutes from Ferradurinha beach walking. To the other beaches we were Uber and we would take 15 to 20 minutes approx. They also lent us quitasol and chairs to take to the beach since everywhere they charge for passing those things. The sector is very quiet and safe, with places nearby to eat but we preferred to eat at Casa Proa because Patio cooked very rich and the terrace is very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was the best because we got up and everything was ready and fresh. Also water, coffee and tea were available all day long. ¡Would definitely stay at Casa Proa again if we go back to Buzios! 🫶🏼🙌🏻

The property is beautiful and the details in the tidiness make a difference. The room, everything works perfectly as described. Breakfast was all well served and tasty and we loved having coffee outdoors (but they also gave us the option to serve in the room), but we opted for the outdoors and it was really worth it. And something we also liked was the exchange of ideas with the owners Gustavo and Juan, they are really nice people. So we highly recommend it and would come back.

Best accommodation I have ever had in Búzios, I go often and had never been treated as well as I was by host Nélio and his wife. The suite is exactly as it appears in the photos, the location is great (in front of Tucuns beach), all very clean and neat, with a super interesting and very complete external area, I highly recommend this stay.

Gorgeous stay, quiet place, clean and well accommodated environment, the cleaning lady/kitchen a love of person, very attentive and very good breakfast too, super flexible! We also had good local recommendations and we even went to meet a little bar in Cabo Frio with Wilson who is super kind and receptive! Overall, I recommend too much, very good the place and close to the beaches! 🥰

The Inn is simply wonderful! Better even in the photos. The Host and managers' receptivity were genuine, we felt at home. Breakfast and cleanliness were exceptional! We will definitely come back! Fantastic location and cost benefit.

We very much enjoyed the stay, Diego and Erika were very welcoming and kind to us. Breakfast was pleasant and the employees were always replenishing it, it does not have an extensive variety, but the things they had were quite tasty. I had already seen feedback about the Wi-Fi and it really is a little slow and difficult to keep connected on the phone. We could enjoy the pool that was extremely clean and good to stay, the outside area is very beautiful and pleasant, I just thought I would have the sauna, but it was disabled. Overall, it was a great stay, we were very quiet, the air conditioning worked as well as the TV, fan and dryer in the bathroom. When we arrived on Friday the smell of a blanket was very strong by the bedroom, but after we opened everything the smell improved. Gos liked the room mirror, it was very large, well lit room, I advise anyone who wants a quiet stay to stay at this guesthouse.

And the second time I stay with Emanoel and we will definitely be back, excellent accommodation, good location and a wonderful breakfast, not to mention the excellent service.
