Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

The washer and dryer are available inside the garage if needed. There is also laundry detergent, softener, and dryer sheets in the cabinet above washer. I’m available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining are also a short drive away.

We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
