The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. The washer and dryer are available inside the garage if needed. There is also laundry detergent, softener, and dryer sheets in the cabinet above washer. I’m available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining are also a short drive away.

Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
