Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Vito

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, Erika was always available and asked if we were okay and if anything was missing. There was beer and water and juices available as a welcome. There was also milk, yogurts, croissants, etc. for breakfast. By car you can reach Cagliari and its surroundings within 15 to 20 minutes. The morning and evening stay on the terrace was very pleasant. Everything was very cozy.

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

A lovely place to stay for our family, plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play around in. Pool was great to relax in. Outdoor kitchen and dining area was very pleasant in the evenings. Definitely recommended.

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Paolo was great host. He welcomed us super warmly. The apartment was as described and we didn't lack anything. From the terrace, you had a wonderful view of the sea.

Our stay at Villa Sito was amazing! The location is great for exploring the coast and driving to nearby idillic towns and the villa has everything you need for a family/ friends holiday. I would say that the villa was even better than the photos made it out to be! Frederico, Monica and Elias were extremely friendly and helpful before and throughout our trip, sorting small problems straight away. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Renato's house is a very nicely renovated building with all the comforts (only the air conditioning is missing - but we knew that from the description), we were on the ground floor. Her garden is completely private and well cared for. Total tranquility and peace in the evening blind darkness and only the stars give light. Wonderful! There is a beach within 5 km. But Renato will inform you about everything. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we thank you for the spices! For shopping, look for Superspin! Renáto, thank you!

Beautiful apartment, beautiful city. Anna Lucia was so kind to us - really elevated our stay. Relaxing on the balcony and taking in the view of Cagliari and the sea. with some wine (generously provided by Anna), is a special memory. Parking and check-in took a while, but - if you want to maximize for efficient and impersonal, that’s what a hotel is for.

We had a wonderful stay at Davide's place. The house is even more beautiful than the photos reveal. Everything is high quality, the mattresses are comfortable and the kitchen is superbly equipped. Davide welcomed us and explained everything, even during our stay he always shared tips for the area with us. We highly recommend this property. The pool is also huge and was for our three children. A real highlight. The view is really as breathtaking as you can imagine.

A cozy, stylish and modern residence, ideal for a comfortable stay. Large green area, heated swimming pool with sun loungers and shower. The restaurant is open from 7:30 p.m. until midnight, the reception is also open until midnight. Rooms are spacious, bright, equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Rooms of a higher category have their own terrace. Windows can overlook both the courtyard and the road. As a compliment, a light breakfast (croissant, yogurt, coffee). A sandy beach is just 600 meters away. There is free parking, some of the spaces are under a tent, which is very convenient in hot weather. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Giorgia! Recommended for accommodation. It would be useful to clarify the address or put the exact coordinates, as g.maps brought us from the app to another place.

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

A little paradise... we found at Ugo's. A very clean house that was well equipped with everything you need. There were also fly screens on all windows. The outdoor area with a pool and vegetation is very well maintained. The house is situated in a small complex just outside, which is secured by a fence and is under video surveillance. Ugo was reserved during our stay, so we had our privacy, but he was always available to us. We had a very nice time here and are considering coming back. Clear recommendation!

Our stay at Anna's house was amazing. The house was very clean, well equipped and had a pool that we enjoyed daily. Beautiful "home base" for visiting Sardinia's archeological sites and pristine beaches. Anna was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Such a lovely, unique place. Patrizia and her son were super warm, welcoming and responsive. We had the pool to ourselves and adopted their dogs and cats for the few days. Water, wine and milk in the fridge were really appreciated on arrival, as was the coffee. Close to great beaches and the view from the terrace is special.
