Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

Everything is in very good clean condition, the house has very nice details, the pool is a 10. Joce was an excellent host.

We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

This one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in! The area it’s in was great it was peaceful and we were blessed either with an amazing view from our balcony. The workers within the condominium were great very friendly and outgoing it was a pleasure to stay here I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m into Puerto Vallarta! :)

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

We loved it, the place is super nice and quiet, the apartment is very large and had everything you need, I loved that it had a parasol, chairs and a super useful cooler to be on the beach, the complex was beautiful, I would definitely come back

The house is spectacular, it's worth every peso you pay, the photos, although the house looks beautiful, it's better when you see it, the pool is comfortable enough, the house is very spacious, many details, it has everything you need and more, of course I'll be back, very good location and good area. Where to start? The location is great, with a lot of privacy, little traffic, and great restaurants (as well as supermarkets) all a 10–15 minute drive away. You won’t be able to order food from public delivery services such as Didi, Uber or Rappi, but if you call a specific restaurant that does delivery they will get it to you. Secondly, the beach was amazing. You get private access, so no vendors and barely any other people. The beach itself is great with nice gentle waves, great for boogie boarding, soft sand and not too deep. The house had everything we needed, from things to take to the beach, utensils to cook ourselves a nice breakfast, towels, and the pool was a nice bonus as well. There was also a shower head to rinse off sand before coming inside, which was much needed. Lesley welcomed us with a delicious sourdough loaf and maracuya jam that we enjoyed on the first day. Great way to start a vacation. Overall 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back (hopefully soon).

It's a very good place to stay for large groups to spend the night. Consider it not a place where you may be staying all day, but more than anything to sleep, cleanse, and maybe eat between walks. Includes tableware if needed; upon arrival, we found new cereal boxes, which are very much appreciated. Important to note that it is not in Puerto Vallarta; San Vicente is about 20-25 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta, so it is a quiet area, but with good places to eat. The beds are enough for 17/18 people. Access is simple. It features A/C, hot water, Internet and TVs in each room. A good place, definitely. 😁

The bungalow was perfect. It gave me everything I needed and more. Walked to the grocery , coffee, and a couple local places for amazing tacos and delicious inexpensive seafood. My dog loved the garden/ yard area so much she didn’t want to leave! Estefano, Ben and family were amazing ~very attentive and caring. Comfy bed, clean open space, cold air conditioning and everything you need to cook a meal too. I would definitely stay again. Recommend.

A fantastic place, it is very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the front desk 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!
