Great, cozy apartment with wonderful surroundings. Outdoor area very nicely laid out with its own terrace , sun loungers, umbrella everything is available. The large pool directly across the street is just perfect, and there is plenty of lying space there. However, a car is recommended to get to the lake as the bus rarely runs. There is a small supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and a delicious pizzeria that even offers "TakeAway" (; We were really able to enjoy our vacation in this apartment, it was all there to feel comfortable, kitchen etc. sufficiently equipped. Even a washing machine is available (: We will be happy to come back. (:

We had a very special stay at Francesco’s property and are grateful for his warm hospitality and support throughout. The setting is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in peaceful surroundings, and it was the perfect place for a memorable trip. Francesco was excellent to deal with — responsive, understanding, and very fair. He kindly arranged a partial refund when we were informed that the pool would be closed, which we really appreciated. His communication before and during our stay made everything easy and stress-free. While no stay is ever without small imperfections, it was clear that Francesco genuinely cared about making our experience as positive as possible. Thanks to his efforts, we were still able to enjoy a very important and special moment in a truly lovely location. We would happily recommend staying here and thank Francesco again for helping to make it such a memorable trip!

We were at Lake Garda for the first time and the location between Garda and Bardolino, both of which are within walking distance, was just perfect. The apartment is spacious, super clean and nicely decorated. Zoe was also always available and took time for us at the beginning, so we could check in flexibly. Thanks for the great place - always happy to come back! :)

We had a great stay at Valeria's place. We were very warmly welcomed and Valeria was always available for questions. The place itself was spotless and sparkling clean. Equipped with everything you need. In addition, a private covered parking space is available. By car, it's only 10 minutes to the lake. So you can be close to the action, without all the hustle and bustle. Overall a clear recommendation. We would come back anytime!

We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable from the beginning. Hubert and Renate are very nice, attentive hosts. In the apartment/kitchen and on the terrace everything was very clean and what you need was available. Excursion tips and restaurant recommendations were included. We were particularly impressed by the wide view and the birdsong. The towel change in between was quickly organized. The supermarket, gas station and pharmacy are easily accessible downstairs in the village of Caprino Veronese. There are some restaurants, cafes and once a week the weekly market. The excursion options are diverse; the parking facilities at the beginning of May were sufficiently available. If you want to go hiking, you should have GPS with you, as the signage in the area is not reliable. With a ship you can easily get to the other side of the lake, with various lifts to Monte Baldo (from Prada even with a basket lift to stand).

The flat is really great. Exactly like the pictures. I’m always a little sceptical of pictures of the views and think “hmmm I’m sure they are taking the picture from a. Specific angle to make it like the view is nice”. But this time was totally not the case. The view is 100% open to the lake. No vis-vis or side block. You have full 180° view on the lake. Very quiet. Beautiful when you wake up! Fully equipped kitchen, squeaky clean bathroom. Also had a fresh coffee and a nice bottle of Prosecco int he fridge. Alice was super nice, pro active and super helpful. 100% recommend to anyone :)
