Casa Nicoleup

Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

Vico II - Exclusive house with private garden

AlinaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We were passing through Melania for 3 days. We were able to check in earlier than expected, which we were very pleased about. We were received in a very friendly manner, we were also helped with the suitcases. The place was super cute, we especially liked the small outdoor area and the open kitchen. Very clean, even little things like conditioner for the hair, small towels for the face and even a straightener were available. Everything was very cozy, we felt very comfortable. Even though it was in the middle of the city, you didn't hear any noise or anything like that, the bus connection is great, it goes directly one street away. We can only recommend it!

Riccardo's house is a gem Being there for me was like a gift for being in the city and in a quieter area. The space is very comfortable and pleasant. Ricardo was patient and accessible with my times. A special place to recharge batteries or to land at the entrance. Thank you !

Da Giorgio a San Sperate

FrancescaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The days spent in San Sperate were perfect. The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts, the location is super quiet, surrounded by greenery, and all in all convenient for visiting all of southern Sardinia. San Sperate is a quiet but characteristic village and there are all the amenities and restaurants. A separate note must be made to the legendary host Giorgio: an exquisite person and super helpful in everything. He made us feel at home! It was really a pleasure meeting him these days.
A small balcony features two folding wooden chairs and a compact table. An open book and a coffee cup are placed on the table. Lush greenery is visible beyond the railing, providing a natural backdrop for relaxation.

Giacomo is a super host, flexible, welcoming, very considerate and concerned for the well-being of his guests. We felt at home. We were able to explore San Sperate and its' Murals' thanks to the tour organized by Giacomo for his friends. Special note to Gino, Giacomo's dad, for offering us fresh and juicy prickly figs. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and functional. Arrivederci Giacomo and San Sperate!

Raggio di Luna Holiday Home

RainerRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The apartment is modernly decorated and luxurious for 2 people. All appliances worked smoothly. On the balcony, we could sit comfortably and also dine. Due to the location, it is not too hot despite the high outside temperatures. There was a view of the sea and the city. The double bed in the bedroom is large enough and comfortable. The two air conditioners worked very well. Street parking was easy. Thanks to the resident ticket, we were always able to find a good free parking space in Villasimius. The host Nunzio always provided us with detailed information and tips. Communication was great.
