Charming cottage located in a private park with swimming pool, adjacent to the main residence inhabited by the owners. It is located about three hundred meters above sea level on the slopes of Vesuvius and has a view over the entire bay of Naples. The house is composed of: - living room with fireplace; - dining room with wood-fired oven for pizzas; - Kitchen; - bath; - two bedrooms (one double and one with two beds and sofa bed); - mezzanine with the possibility of an extra bed; - sofa bed in the living room. For tennis lovers the court has been completely renovated and is now managed by a teacher who will also be able to provide everything necessary to play The house is very close to the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and you can quickly reach Positano and the other beautiful places of the Amalfi Coast, as well as Capri, Ischia and Procida. The house is located in the countryside in the Vesuvius National Park, so having your own car is recommended to get around easily. We are available to help our guests organize their travel if they prefer not to rent a car. The Circumvesuviana train stop, which connects Naples to Sorrento, is just 4 km away. With this train you can easily reach Naples and the ports from where ships depart to reach the islands of the gulf. Pompeii (which is only 10 km away) and the Amalfi coast, by bus or ship (in summer) from Sorrento. There is a bus stop just outside the property, the bus runs every 90 minutes and goes to the Circumvesuviana train, unfortunately not on Saturdays and Sundays. It is possible to park the car inside the private park, right behind the house. Satellite TV and Wi-fi available in the house. You can take walks, bike rides and even horseback rides in the Vesuvius National Park along suggestive and unique paths. You can also go on canoe excursions along the coast of the Gulf of Naples with specialized and equipped personnel. Our house is the ideal place to relax after days spent at the seaside or in places of art, and more! On the first Sunday of every month there is free entry to museums and archaeological parks. In December and January you absolutely must visit the city of Salerno, which can also be reached by train, to admire its beautiful and now famous Christmas illuminations. And for larger groups there is also the possibility of booking a smaller, recently renovated independent cottage and two studios within our private park, visible on the same site
