Excellent host, always very nice and attentive. When you arrive, you feel at home. It's close to the subway, so you can move around the city without problems, and there are good food stalls nearby. 💯

Karina is a fantastic and very responsive host. Her place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathrooms are small, but well worth it for the fantastic location, well within an easy walk or a short Uber to much of what you will want to see. But the neighborhood in which it is located is its own attraction. You are surrounded by extraordinary colonial architecture with abundant attractions and excellent restaurants. And you have an ATM less than a block away and a pharmacy a little more than a block away. Mexico City is marvelous, but Katrina’s place contributed significantly to our enjoyment of our trip.

Great space! Beautiful! But be careful of the mosquitos at night you shouldn’t sleep with the doors open.

Location is ideal, walkable to everything and short uber to most anything else. Street noise wasn’t bad (though certainly a lively neighborhood), overall was everything we needed for our trip to CDMX this time.

It met the needs for the work trip, good service.

Very good accommodation if you go to Ozumbilla, quiet, very good place to relax, the beds are very comfortable, ideal for families.

My family and I stayed for a week and everything was fine. The house is tidy. The area is quiet. The house is a bit hot but Gaby put a fan in each room and that was more than enough. There's room to park the car. There's a little lack of pressure in the upstairs shower, but it's not a problem. Several shops and dining options in the area. We had rain and heat and we had no problems with the house or the area. We would definitely go back.

The house had all the amenities and services advertised. For a work trip like mine, it was the perfect place as it is conveniently located and easy to get around.

Everything was very good, a very nice person, he was always attentive and supported us in what we needed, I would stay there again, regards!

Great location at the hearth of Mexico City. The apartment is in very good condition. The hosts are super responsive to any of my questions and requests. During my stay, the only issue was that the building's elevator was not working. Hope this gets fix soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Excellent Airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to go to the main points of interest, whether walking, cycling, or by Uber. The apartment is impeccable with just what you need in an apartment with 24-hour private security, which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us with what we needed and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back!

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!
