There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay! We had a great stay at this apartment! It was modern, clean and very well equipped – everything we needed was in place. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and sofa were comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing dip. The location was also super – quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with all the way. Highly recommend 👍

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

The house is very cute. 😍 With air conditioning💨, a good mattress🛏️, two practical and pleasant terraces (one upstairs and one just below with awnings that preserve privacy. It has everything you need for a vacation, a quiet area, close to the beach (7 min walk) and you can park. Thank you Véronique, thank you Natalia, very kind!

The apartment matches the description and photos advertised; communication with José was very good from the time of booking. The area where it is located is quiet, at least in the month of June, which made the stay pleasant.

The stay was magnificent. The views from the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or in the armchair and watching the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is simply fantastic. Amazing holiday in your apartment, so we'll equip and homely. Loved that we didn't have to buy oil for cooking or soaps and cleaning equipment. Bed linen and towels were super clean and it was great that there were extras. Would highly recommend. Thank you again, I hope everything is in order.

We had a very pleasant stay, a nice quiet area and very close to the sea. It's about a 10 minute walk into the town with bars and restaurants and there are bars and restaurants on the sea front just a small stroll away. A nice peaceful area to have a chilled stay with everything you need in the accommodation including a nice terrace on the top with views of Mar Manor. Victor was very helpful and accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the airport. If you want a nice relaxing holiday, I highly recommend.

Clare’s place was perfect for our family holiday to celebrate my Nan’s 90th birthday. The apartment had lots of accessibility features and had everything we could need and more for a comfortable home-away-from-home. It was an easy walk to the waterfront passing restaurants and cafes and there was a supermarket right on the opposite corner. I would recommend this stay absolutely. Thank you Clare!

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl. chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

Stayed for a fortnight and it met all expectations. Comfortable very clean and well equipped quiet, private and very accessible to all locations. What a beautiful area and only a few feet from a lovely promenade and beautiful beach. Loved the whole vibe of the area. We will be back!!

Lovely clean apartment in a great location and suited us perfectly. We chose this ground floor location due to mobility issues and it was perfect, easily accessed with just a small step at the entrance to the complex. Everything was spot on and exactly as the description, WiFi and TV were good quality and beds were very comfortable. Dave is a top host and communicated quickly to every message. Highly recommended

A short weekend break at the apartment, very nice rooms and even the neighbours on both sides are lovely . We will plan another trip soon .

This was a really fun, exciting place to stay. What a vibrant, happy location! Such a beautiful, newly decorated apartment. Cristina has made it perfect. I would happily come back here again and again. Fantastic bars downstairs on the street. Lovely safe area. A few minutes walk in every direction to some amazing Roman sites to visit. It is noisy at night due to the street noise below, so earplugs will be useful. If you are staying on your own like I was, you can move to the other bedroom which has a single bed. That is very quiet. The beautiful balcony is fabulous to watch the world go by. I really loved this place.
