Villa vacation rentals in San Pedro del Pinatar

We had a really great time at the place and especially enjoyed the pool and roof terrace. In the morning you could eat very well at the table outside and then relax on the loungers by the pool. Unfortunately, our pool had no sun in the afternoon at this time of year. But then we usually sat on the roof terrace. You can walk well to the beach. However, you should plan about a half hour walk here. For questions, I was always answered immediately on AirBnB, but unfortunately we did not have Wi-Fi because we cannot decipher the password on the note (unfortunately we could not be helped here via Airbnb). In summary, I can only recommend this place. For a quiet time with family or even friends. I'd love to come back!!

This house is so perfect, modern, clean, has everything you need, and a private pool! Very close to the beach and restaurants - great location.

Beautiful house. Very close to super markets for home cooking in a lovely kitchen or easily walkable into the centre of San Javier or down to the beach in Santiago de la Ribera.

Fell in love with the pool area and a house with a family spirit. Salvador has always been extremely kind and attentive to make the stay enjoyable. The air-conditioned rooms are very comfortable and the different spaces make it possible to adapt family life to the atmospheres and the weather. A very happy stay for all of us!

An incredible home, modern but with personality, nestled in a very special place. It's definitely worth it. In addition, the heated pool is a luxury. The area we did not know it and we loved it, especially the beaches closest to the house. Highly recommended.

Stayed as a family of 8- 7 adults and 1 baby. Loved our stay. More than enough room for us all and Villa layout was perfect for us. Pool area is a lot bigger than appears on the pictures and was cleaned whilst we were there. Ewelina provided us with a brand new parasol for our stay which was a nice touch. I would say a hire car is definitely needed as there is very little to walk to within a short distance. Consum supermarket at the end of the street very handy. Private street and villa very secure with electric gates and private drive. One slight negative we found was the blinds let a lot of light into the bedrooms but this could be down to our personal preference of wanting a dark room to sleep in. Overall loved our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful villa. It’s got all you want. We went with the family and grandchildren. Just great for all of us. The villa has got all you need. A 15mins walk to Cabo roig where restaurants are but nice walk. We had shopping delivered which was fabulous and it was put away for us. Communication with David was fabulous, any questions we had he got back very quickly so thank you. Beach a couple of minutes walk. Lovely beach. Market on a Thursday. A great place for big families. Really relaxing. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

Carly’s home is absolutely stunning, a real home from home. Furniture all brand new, spotlessly clean! The space is open and welcoming, effortlessly beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy and relax! The most important feedback is how responsive, kind and understanding Carly has been. Couldn’t have asked for more from a host, thank you Carly!

Stian is a great host. He was very responsive to my messages both before and during the stay. The villa is beautiful and is actually even nicer than the photos! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Recommended! We spent 4 days in the house, comfortable, there was everything, our dog was allowed to come, pool and private garden. It's a relaxed area if that's what you're looking for. He also let us leave two hours later and always answered very quickly.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Andrea’s Villa. Andrea was super helpful and always available - before arrival and throughout our stay. A great host! The outdoor space and pool were perfect for us. The Villa was clean with everything you need. It really was a great holiday for us! Mar Menor resort is safe, quiet with facilities such as padel and gym available to use. Cannot recommend more. We will return when next in Murcia. Thanks!

We had a great time in this beautiful villa close to all amenities, the description is accurate and the pool is excellent! Not overlooked and the neighborhood is very good. Local shops and the sea are a 10-minute drive. What more can I say, EXCELLENT 👌🏼

We had an amazing stay at Tamara’s house in Santiago de la Ribera. The house had everything we could have wanted - the black out shutters and awning were a welcome addition - and having our own pool was a real luxury and enjoyed thoroughly by us all. We had a very relaxing holiday and it felt like a home from home. Check in was very easy and Alyssa who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and always on hand to answer any questions we had. We hired a car as we wanted to visit other areas such as Cartagena. There was enough on street parking available for it to never be a problem to park. There are plenty of restaurants, mostly along the beach front area. It was about a 20 minute walk from the apartment to beach. It was fairly quiet compared to places like other holiday locations but this was OK for us as we wanted quiet downtime. We had a fantastic time and were sad to go home. We would definitely return!
