House vacation rentals in San Pedro del Pinatar

Hemos pasado un finde increíble... la zona de exterior es muy cómoda y bonita (al final es lo que más usas en verano) faltaría cubrir un poco la valla para no ver el descampado. La zonas de las habitaciones no nos ha gustado, están muy viejas y antiguas para el precio de la casa.

La maison était incroyable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, elle est idéale pour se reposer. Emplacement parfait, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Torrevieja, 30 minutes d’Alicante et 1 heure de Benidorm. Très pratique aussi : un supermarché à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Lorena pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

We had an amazing trip as a family of 5. The location was perfect, we rented a car to get around and used the car parking space. The community was safe and secure. The pool was beautiful. The Villa was clean, comfortable and felt like a home from home with access to all apps via the tv and a great kitchen / dining area set-up. Restaurants, supermarket and beach were within easy reach. Check-in and out process was easy and smooth with host meeting us on arrival to show us around. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We can’t fault Jolita as all our needs were provided for. She kindly arranged transfers from the airport, a travel cot ( will new linen) and see answered all the questions we asked. We were welcomed be Hana who gave us a guided tour and gave us all the instructions regarding accessing the pool etc. The villa was spotlessly clean and was full of all the amenities required. Short walk to the pool and all the shops and restaurants. The Road the villa is on is peaceful to allow you to relax.Local beech is a 10 min walk but we’ll worth it.

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement face à la plage. L'emplacement est parfait, avec une vue magnifique! L'appartement est très beau, moderne et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. De plus, l'hôte était vraiment accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade près de la mer !

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

Property is lovely. Host couldn’t do enough for us and really went above and beyond when we were let down last minute. Thank you all, I’ll be in contact!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

What a wonderful villa for eight tennis ladies. Walkable to the courts. A beautiful pool to use at the end of the day. BBQ was a great boon!! Thank you Sandra, Ruben and Maria for your patience. Lizanne.

We enjoyed it a lot to stay in this amazing villa. It has a perfect location, with the beach, supermarket and restaurants on walking distance. The villa is clean, has a great pool, and offered everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is perfect for families with children. The owners are super friendly and helpful during your stay. They are very proactive in providing information, answering questions, and when we faced a small problem they fixed it quickly. Their friendliness contributed a lot to our holiday experience.

Absolutely stunning villa. Exactly as the pictures show and it was spotlessly clean. Check in and hosts were amazing, could not fault a thing. So friendly and informative. The villa has everything home from home and the hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide quality furniture and decoration. Beds very clean and very comfortable. The air con was fantastic and pool heated to correct temperature. Walking distance to everything such as shops, bars, beach and nearby street market on Thursdays. You can order on the local uber eats if you want groceries or take out. Local taxis are very cheap. 25 minutes from Mercia airport transfer. Can’t wait to return, such a brilliant experience and relaxing holiday. Thanks again

Prachtige villa van alle gemakken voorzien, in een gebied wat in ontwikkeling is. Dichtbij strand en winkelcentrum. Werden vriendelijk opgevangen door Peggy en haar man die ons ook nog allerlei tips gaven. Reageerde ook snel op vragen en zaken werden snel opgelost.

Alojamiento de ensueño, amplio, limpio y muy bonito. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Gracias por todo

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The children loved the pool! Everything was spotless. It was very comfortable with everything you need. The kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed using the bikes as the towns were a long walk for the kids. We would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore the area. We highly recommend staying at Jeroen’s villa!
