All the furniture is new and the kitchenette has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, micro and refribar in addition to crockery for three people. Nice two-story house with an excellent location, just 15 minutes from the airport. The property is located in an excellent neighborhood with easy access to shopping centers such as: Paseo la Fe and/or Citadel (3 minutes) which you can walk to. You'll be just 15 minutes away from downtown Monterrey. The property has a garage plus outdoor parking, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a study, living room, dining room, kitchen, barbecue area, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower.

We had a very nice stay! The house is comfortable and has all the amenities mentioned. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The house has a gate, fence and access door to enter, which provides an extra feeling of security. There are many businesses nearby, and almost around the corner is a very nice park. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment is as shown on the photos. Pretty confortable space. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths made it great. The views are incredible and even more so from the rooftop terrace. Beds were confortable and good amount of pillows. Plenty of towels for pool or the apt. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of toiletries for my stay. Very secure building, didn’t use the pool but looked really nice, rooftop terrace had a small gym but functional, even a workspace area which was nice. Only one TV on the living room area, not on the bedrooms, but not a set back. Just would have been nice to be able to watch a movie from the bed. There is a gas station and minimarket just down the road from the building which is convenient. Overall a great experience.
