We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

Excellent apartment, location, cleanliness, comfort of the bed, Pablo's service and willingness... the apartment is a stone's throw from Av Corrientes but you can rest perfectly without any problems and you have the subway around the corner to get around comfortably...everything is great! I would definitely choose it again. I would add a full-length mirror haha, it's a detail that some women need to see how the outfit looks, 😂 but I repeat, it's a detail and there's no reason why I wouldn't stay again on my next stay. The view is unmatched! Everyone was kind and accommodating and there was a supermarket right next door in case you need snacks. Pablo also made recommendations on where to get other essential items. he always responded within the hour if not immediately AND the place had all the amenities listed

The service and communication was constant, from the reservation itself, days before the trip, and during the trip itself. They welcomed me at the time I arrived from my trip (at dawn). The apartment was in perfect condition and they always showed interest in my needs.

Our stay was very comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. Very close to the main attractions of Buenos Aires. Ana was always very attentive to my questions and was very flexible with check-out based on our departure to the airport. Excellent!!!

José Luis' apartment is highly recommended, it is a beautiful apartment. Super comfortable, with an unbeatable location. José Luis takes care of every detail, super comfortable beds, all kinds of transportation pass by in front: subway, bus, taxis, Uber, and even the tourist bus. Close to the shops, Guerrin pizzeria, the Obelisk, the Colón Theater, everything. José Luis greeted us with chocolates and coffee. There is a washing machine, kitchen, towels, toiletries, extra blankets, it smells delicious. I certainly hope to be back. José Luis met us in the early morning when we arrived. He gave us all the directions and was always attentive to what we needed. Very grateful for making our stay in Buenos Aires the best experience.
