Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

House as described, new and in a quiet area with easy parking. You are not in the center of Parma, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, but you are very close to the ring roads to move freely in the area. The house is new and equipped with everything. Nicola is super responsive and very helpful. Great experience.

Bruna was exceptional, always ready for any request, very kind but above all available for any request far beyond her role. Highly recommended accommodation for those who want a comfortable accommodation in the center to move around in peace. If I had to come back, it would be my choice. 😁

Fantastic experience! I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very cozy, very clean, tidy and well-stocked; it is comfortable and has a nice balcony. The bathroom has a window. Excellent location. The condominium context is quiet, in a convenient area for services, with practical free parking. Main services can also be reached on foot. Antonio is an exceptional host! Responsive to messages, very kind, extremely helpful and attentive, ready to give advice and clear in directions. Very simple check-in. I felt at home. Everything is perfect, highly recommended!
