Perfect place for our large group of adults. All amenities were available to us. Our hosts communicated well and promptly prior to and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

We had an awesome week at Zeina and Mo’s place! The house is super comfortable and had plenty of space for our group of 7 adults to spread out. It was clean, well taken care of, and had everything we needed, including kitchen extras like foil and sandwich bags. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the oranges from the tree made the best orange juice for breakfast! Zeina and Mo were great with clear, detailed communication and quick replies whenever we had a question. We made some great memories here!

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of six. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved the salt water swimming pool — such a great feature to cool off and unwind. The extra room with a pool table was the icing on the cake — it gave us a fun space to hang out in the evenings. Our hosts, Craig and Julie, were amazing — welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely share it with our friends. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Vi’s place was homey beyond expectation. My wife was very impressed with how available everything was especially in the kitchen because we are a family of 6 and always eating out would have not been cost effective. We felt right at home. My wife especially loved the complementary fruits, water, and treats. The kids rooms were packed with toys and books they could read and play with in their spare time which was amazing. The living room was filled with board games for the entire family. The garage also had amazing games for the entire family with foldable chairs and equipment for the beach and camping. There was so much to do in the house that staying in was not in the slightest boring. The entire family enjoyed the pool and the spa and had an amazing time especially on the days we stayed in. I certainly would be booking Vi’s place again anytime we are in San Diego.

This location met every expectation. It was perfect for the entire family. The host was very helpful on check-in with extensive directions to meet all our needs. He contacted us periodically throughout our stay to be sure we had anything that was needed. The location was private with an amazing view! The amenities were exactly as described in the advertisement. We look forward to returning next year!

We had such an amazing time. So many activities to do at Kathleen’s. Our kids love the pond, swimming pool, fishing, pickleball, and appreciate all the outdoors amenities. Definitely a gem to visit for families. The home is a little dated. But all the outdoor activities make up for it.

The views are stunning and the home handled our group very well. Loved the pool area and the game room. Also little things like plenty of K cups for coffee in the morning .

The house was clean and in great shape. Hosts are responsive and gave good instructions to make our stay more welcoming. Whenever questions arise they answered as soon as they can and they try to help you the best they can The house has pretty much what you need (cooking supplies, towels, soap, detergent) among others. The surroundings were peaceful. Overall a good place to spend the night/weekend.

Our party of 10 (including 3 kids ages 2/6/8 & 2 elderly people) stayed here for an extended family vacation and it was the perfect fit for us. The property was lovely & it felt like being at a villa. The room situation worked out great for us as my family of 4 stayed in the main house (kids on the sofa bed), my in-laws & BIL's family of 3 in the 2 primary bedrooms, & my single BIL in the private room next to the pool stairs. The kitchen was well-stocked for our needs & we did enjoy one afternoon in the pool since the weather was pretty cool. One of the reasons I booked this home was for the petting zoo that all ages ended up enjoying. We set up a time with the host & she graciously spent a good chunk of time letting us into the various fenced areas and sharing about her sweet animals. We got to visit with a llama, 2 pigs, several goats, a mini-horse, & a rad tortoise that my daughter and niece got to take a little ride on. Experience of a lifetime. Thank you for having us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Veronica's place! The house was large and very comfortable. Comfortable beds which is always nice. The kitchen was COMPLETELY stocked with whatever you needed. The house was immaculate! Plenty of linens as well. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I am an interior decorator and was impressed by the decor and the simplicity of everything. So nicely done! Veronica was quite quick to respond to any questions we had, but we didn't have many because her listing instructions were so thorough. It was only my husband and myself, but the place is perfect for a larger group. I highly recommend her place! When we left, both my husband and I, commented on how much we enjoyed our stay and that we'd be back.

Kirk and Stefanie were very responsive and respectful throughout our stay. The description matched the listing and the location was great for the needs of our trip. Cute little house with lots to do nearby.

Viktoriya was a great host and the backyard was truly an oasis! Also the beds were sooo comfortable. If we are ever back in Carlsbad we will be staying again! Cannot recommend enough:)

What a wonderful stay! Natalie was so friendly and proactive, which made us feel welcome before we even arrived. It's rare to find a place that is even better than the photos, but this was it. The entire home was immaculate, and we loved the artistic touches that made the space feel so warm and unique. We all slept so well—the beds are incredibly comfortable. It truly felt less like a rental and more like we were staying at the home of a friend with impeccable taste. And a special shout-out to your two pugs—though we never formally met them, their charming, invisible presence made for the perfect, quietest roommates and really completed the "at-home" feeling! The peaceful neighborhood and seamless process, from check-in to checkout, allowed us to truly relax. It's an ideal spot for a solo traveler or a small family of 3-4. As a family we really enjoyed our stay! The home was well appointed and was filled with so many great family activites and games that made the 'hang time' with the family, young and old, so easy! Zeina and Mo did a great job responding to our needs and concerns and we were grateful to be able to work with them. Would definitely consider staying with them again! The grandkids are already asking when can we go back!!

Beautiful Air B&B. We came to stay for memorial day weekend, and take our kids to the zoo and wild animal park. The location was gorgeous, it was clean and cozy, perfect for our little family. Michael was extremely responsive and nice. The pool, the view, the comfortable bed, I can't say enough about this place. As much as we like to stay at new places each time we travel - next time we make our way out towards San Diego, we would love to stay at Michael's place again. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us !

Cute, modern and quiet Airbnb with plenty of space for 4 people. Passable for a 3 night stay and was close enough to other major cities for the activities we had planned for our trip. Crystal was very responsive and the instructions were clear and concise. I have no negative feedback regarding the host. Only minor comment is in regards to the beds. They were very, very firm. Keep this in mind if you like a bed that's on the softer side. Outside of that, the place was very clean and had just about everything you'd need.

Ron's home was even better than what our family expected. It was perfectly located for quick trips to Anaheim and San Deigo. We would love to stay here again if we visit this area again. Thank you!

Our stay was good. There was plenty of space and kid friendly spaces. Janine was very responsive even on the weekend which I appreciated when we had some hiccups. This is a great house for multi- family vacations. Far enough away from the city to be peaceful but an easy driving distance from attractions like seaworld and the zoo.

Robin was a great hostess. She was extremely responsive but we didn' really need to communicate with her ince we were checked in. The cottage was a beautiful little space that was perfect for my two older parents. The area was quiet, off set from the main street but still close enough (5-15mins) to groceries, shopping and the beach. The cottage has plenty of ameneties for your stay and 1 spot for parking.

Rachel was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We were in the area for a wedding so it was exactly what we needed.
