This May Be the Nicest Suite in Jacksonville

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

A modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances opens to a spacious living area. Large windows provide natural light and a view of the outdoors. A comfortable seating area with blue furniture and a dedicated workspace can be seen, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Everyone is raving about our San Marco apartment! We've been offering it since late July, 2019 and have been so pleased with the response. It has been wonderful to host great guests from so many different places. Located on a nice street near the St. Johns River, you'll find the unit puts you close to sports, entertainment, restaurants and medical facilities. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people. There is enough room in either the living room or foyer to put an air mattress. Come stay with us!

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Cynthia!

Toya's suite was defiantly was top tier one of kind i loved how responsive you were during our stay. I love how she was so accommodating the first day of us checking in. Also, the pictures do not lie. The amount of shows i was able to watch and unwind with a nice cup of tea was amazing. Super quiet neighborhood, she also had some unique board games which I also loved. Of course i was busy throughout our stay and was barley home during the demander of our stay but the time I was in there it felt like home. Also her cleaning lady was so nice and sweet to me when she dropped of something before i left the suite defiantly 10/10 for me and will be coming back hopefully soon.

The Avondale area of Jacksonville is charming, safe, and quiet. Unit an upstairs was a perfect studio bedroom with full kitchen accommodations that worked well for our needs for over a month. We could not ask for anything more, our host was fantastic. Fantastic and we found it very comfortable to stay there in the neighborhood. I can’t say enough great things about our host. This place was exactly what we needed! Steve was so responsive and helpful. He even let us stay a little longer so the kids could enjoy the pool more before we left. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were also plenty of extra linens and pillows which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and we felt extra secure with the neighborhood being accessible through a guarded security gate. There are lots of great food options around. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.
