Piso en primera línea de playa con 2 habitaciones, salón, cocina, baño y balcón. Totalmente equipado. Cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, dos individuales y un sofá-cama. Plaza de garaje y ascensor (se puede llegar al piso sin subir escalones, ya que cuenta con rampa). Hay un parque al lado. Mercadona a 1 km (3 mins en coche). Bien situado para visitar Estepona, Puerto Banús, Marbella, Sotogrande o Gibraltar. Es una zona tranquila, ideal para disfrutar de la playa y pasear por el paseo marítimo.

Otherwise is Puerto Banus only 30 minutes drive. Summertime this house is only rented to the guests who rent the big house ("Amazing finca in the mountains of Casares")otherwise it remains closed.
