Above all it's 10-15 minutes far from Santa Margherita Ligure town, Camogli and Portofino; distance between the house and Genoa town: 30 kilometres (about 18 miles). The house furnishings is complete for all the spaces. The habitable terrace has chairs and a table. The garden with seascape has beach chairs to enjoy the panorama, completely surrounded by the tipical colours of our Ligurian country. Comfortable bus-stop at 100 metres, restaurants, pharmacy, market and news paper shop at 1.2 kilometres (about 0.7 miles). The panorama 'hugs' from the Golfo of Tigullio with the Portofino hills to the 5 Terre, comfortable reachable by ferry or train, departures from Santa Margherita Ligure. So thanks to its relaxing and smart position you can do all the activities staying near the apartment! Minimum period 3 nights.

Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.
