beautiful house and super communicative hosts, enjoyed our stay overall

I had an amazing stay here and felt right at home. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and with the gate and front door lock. The place was impeccably clean and prepared for my stay. I also found the bed super comfortable which is something I’ve noticed is hard to find at most rentals. The room was perfect for days I wanted to sleep-in as well because the curtains kept the room nice and dark. The instructions around the house are helpful and when I called Felix to ask about check-in, he was more than helpful to assist me and he assured I can call 24/7 whenever I needed. I enjoyed being close to shopping areas and the town square where the nightlife is. The pool was fantastic as well but I only swam in it once because the weather was rainy while I was visiting, overall it was nice and warm when I got to swim in it. I hope to be able to visit again soon! Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a relaxing stay!

The place has a large space, with a pool and entertainment. It has a good location because it is close to the airport. It is a family and residential neighborhood. By car it is very close to Isla Verde. The house is very comfortable. It has two bathrooms, one inside and one outside, and ample parking space.

Loved my stay here , host was super responsive and helpful , place looked exactly like the pictures and very clean , beautiful area.

What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Beautiful location, comforts of home while being surrounded by beautiful rainforest wildlife. Just make sure you are mentally prepared for no AC and knowing that critters are everywhere in the rainforest and you will have a wonderful time.

I loved this listing , it was close to San Juan and near everything else . Me and my friends are a young crowds so it was so nice to stay somewhere quite at night away from San Juan’s rowdiness. The pool was so cute and lights up at night which is an awesome vibe ! Loved it !!!!

Had such a great trip! The space was decorated perfectly, very clean. The hosts were amazing to communicate with and truly thought of everything in their accommodations. Would definitely visit again!

This was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The drive up was a bit intimidating at first, but once we did it the first time, it was no problem at all. The host Jean was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even sharing great local recommendations for food and groceries. We stayed for a week during our honeymoon, and it was truly a wonderful experience. It felt like we got to experience the real Puerto Rico, beyond just the typical tourist areas. Highly recommend!

Gisselles home was beautiful! Did not disappoint. It was close enough to all the attractions we were interested in this weekend! We did not have any problems. It has a cute pool and outdoor seating! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

The home was beautifully decorated & clean & is located in the center of everything. Nothing was too far & alot of great walkable restaurants near by. Also had parking right in front! Colton was a great host. Super responsive & provided us with recommendations. Colton was able to accommodate and provide whatever else was needed when asked for! Thank you so much! Great host, the Airbnb was small but nice for a weekend.

Saying this place was Perfect seems exaggerated but that’s how we felt about this wonderful home. It gorgeous, modern, immaculate and had everything we needed. But the view was the show stopper. You have lush vegetation, fruit trees, hills, the ocean and from one side a view of El Yunke Rainforest. All of this with our own private heated pool. We didn’t even want to leave to eat but had to get some wonderful Puerto Rican food. We are already planning on when we can stay again. It’s a breathtaking paradise. We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend it!!

Stayed with my boyfriend for a week. Very spacious and modern. About 15-20 minutes away from tourist areas. Host was responsive and had great communication.

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Great place neighbors do party lol so you may hear them turning up also the neighborhood is ok just dont walk after 7 or dark on the main street could get a little rough if your not used to a little urban living other than that this place will blow your mind and not your pockets!

This place is the definition on glamping! Beautiful view, peaceful and a great place to connect with your partner. The photos are very accurate to what the spot looks like. It’s exactly what my husband and I were looking for and couldn’t be happier with our stay. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early with no additional cost, which was amazing. We didn’t have hot water at first but messaged the host and it was resolved quickly. We had no issues at all and will be booking Stellitas Rooms in the future. So lovely. So close to everything in old San Juan, we walked everywhere! The house was very comfortable and the patio beautiful. I spent lots of time in the tub! Would definitely come back.

My friends and I had an amazing time! Roy is a nice and responsive host who made us feel very welcomed. The backyard has a beautiful lake with amazing out door seating. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved the home and definitely will be back!

The most beautiful Airbnb to stay at, the outside area with the pool is perfect for chatting and relaxing and the inside is super cozy and really neat, i would recommend this to anybody going to San Juan area 10/10!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! It was a little difficult to find the place since we arrived after dark, but once we got there, everything was great! The home was very clean and felt extremely secure thanks to the numerous locks in place. We also appreciated the opportunity to connect with the local community. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d love to book again in the future. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
