Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan City

Well-spent birthday staycation with an amazing overlooking view. Definitely will comeback to unwind. Jacqueline was very accommodating — she assisted us from the moment we arrived, even waited in the lobby to make sure our check-in went smoothly and helped us with parking too. The whole stay was hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. Two days definitely weren’t enough! Sadly, we couldn’t extend since the place was already booked for the weekend. Hehe. Will definitely go back! ✨

We frequently stay in Olive Place because of work, and so far, Gail's place was the best unit we stayed in there. It was exactly how it was described in the listing. We really appreciate the completeness of the place. It's really more than what you paid for: there's the beautiful sunset view from the bed, everything is clean and neat, big tv, fast wifi, the bathroom items, the fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, the airconditioning is working well, and a lot more! Just check out the unit photos 😍 Gail really went above and beyond in thinking what her guests would need. She's also very responsive and very nice to communicate with. We will definitely have her unit on top of our mind should we need to stay in Olive Place again. Thank you so much, Gail! You and your place are amazing! 👍⭐💯

Nice place to stay!

This is such a hidden gem we booked and so far we both rested well with how at home we are with all the food necessities and the whole space is just comfortable and perfect for quiet watching late night movies and everything we needed to have

Great location and safe neighborhood!! Everything is walking distance, restaurants, bars, mall, spa, pharmacy, and great street food around the corner. Definitely going to book this place when I come back. Forgot to mention it was only a 20 minute drive from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 is literally across the street.

Had a very pleasant stay. Instructions were clear. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend

It’s our second time to book at Ferdinand’s place. We’re as happy as the first time, they provided all the necessities, the building itself is old but the unit inside is newly renovated and well maintained, bed is very comfortable and has good lighting. A/C working perfectly and the water heater also! The owner is very responsive to our needs. And we love the location, it’s walking distance to Shangri La Plaza and other malls, great coffee shops and restaurants nearby (Bo’s coffee is our favorite and Modern Shanghai for good Chinese food) ,we even had great experience watching Live band in Red Rhino just a few steps away!

I'm happy with the property, it's very close to Megamall & Galleria. Clean & tidy. Enough for couple.

The place was great to stay with my partner. We had a lot of things done since there's a lot of Malls around the place.

The place is spacious and there’s a separate aircon in the living room, making the whole space very comfortable. The TV is a plus, as they offer the premium Youtube account. Overall the place is very tidy. Highly recommended.

Can confidently say that this is the best airbnb I've been in 🥹 Ms. Mel was so organized from instructions before you check-in, to arriving at the unit itself. The unit is fully labeled with instructions and items, which makes it very convenient for us guests. Everything you will need is available at the unit. She even had medicines available for emergencies. Ms. Mel also personally accommodated me upon arrival and I highly appreciate the hospitality. The unit is very cozy— perfect for a quiet and peaceful staycation. ❤️ Thank you so much, Ms. Mel, for the thoughtfulness and organization in preparing your unit. Thank you for being responsive every time we need something. The location is very good closer to greenhills shopping mall. A lot of convenience store in the area. Next to laundry shop. Would recommend.

Place was as advertised! Lots of great books, which we thoroughly enjoyed reading. The condo building is also near a lot of establishments, which makes it convenient if you're on the look out for great food options (Lolā - A. Mabini branch, The Corner House, Jollibee, Pho Hoa) For those who need to book a place near Cardinal Santos, this is 400 m away, which is why we booked it in the first place. Overall, we had a great stay! Bang for the buck.

Place is really clean. I'm a neat freak and would get skin rashes if an area/place is dirty. I appreciate how they made sure the place was really clean, saw as well that they try to avoid pests by having a pest control device. Didn't see any cockroach - which I always dread when booking an airbnb. There were lots of guards in the lobby & even outside which will make you feel really safe. Just few mins walk to shang, greenfield, megamall. Will make sure to go back in the future.

This has been my third time here at Joe and Eric’s and I still have enjoyed my stay - I will always come back whenever I am in Manila. The flat is clean and smells great and you have all the things you’d need for a comfortable stay plus a few extras! And the location is really excellent! 5 stars.

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”
