Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve booked, Jan’s place is the most seamless and flexible. What I appreciate the most is the early check in option - especially with the fact that our flight is extra early. Everything was spotless and it smells good. We loved the mini balcony design too. It’s walking distance going to gateway, but if you’re too tired walk it’s just around 2km grab ride away. Will def book here again.

Well-spent birthday staycation with an amazing overlooking view. Definitely will comeback to unwind. Jacqueline was very accommodating — she assisted us from the moment we arrived, even waited in the lobby to make sure our check-in went smoothly and helped us with parking too. The whole stay was hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. Two days definitely weren’t enough! Sadly, we couldn’t extend since the place was already booked for the weekend. Hehe. Will definitely go back! ✨

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Fantastic stay! The place matched the description perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. One of the best parts was having the mall right in the same building, which made everything super convenient. The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was incredibly convenient—just a short distance from SLEC, the US Embassy, and Robinsons Mall, which made everything so easy and accessible. The place itself was spotless and beautifully decorated—very clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing. It felt like a home away from home. The co-host was amazing! Miss Maylene was extremely nice, very responsive, and quick to address any requests or minor issues we had. Everything was handled smoothly and promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

The owner is very accommodating. I asked if possible for early check-in, it was approved. I had last minute additional guests to check-in, it was totally fine and accommodated. Enjoyed the whole night stay and had to extend an hour to checkout and it was smoothly allowed by the owner. The place is clean and homie vibes, balcony with the view of the garden and pool area. I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The host was incredibly friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. If I could stay here longer, I definitely would, it's that inviting. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing and comfortable time staying at this property. The place is clean, full of character, and has an amazing view of the city that we enjoyed waking up to. It is very spacious and did not feel crowded with 8 guests. There are lots of things to do within walking distance of this place. We are thankful to Venica for being a great and accommodating host and we are keen to rent her property again if the opportunity arise.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

The place is so beautiful and cozy, it is also accessible and has lots of groceries and restaurants near the location. The amenities are superb and clean. We'll definitely come back next time.

Andrew and his cohosts were very responsive to all request/ questions I had. We loved his place, probably my favorite place we stayed at in the Philippines (we stayed at 4 places). It’s very spacious for our group (4 adults, 2 children). Walkable to many restaurants and malls. We walked to a new coffee shops every morning. And so easy to take grab every day. Center of many places which was one of the main reason I booked it. The only thing I would note would probably to update the leather couch in the living room as it’s not fully intact anymore and pokes at our thighs when sitting down. Maybe better to have an L style couch to utilize the space and provide more seating. Also would be nice to have a TV in the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here and the pool areas were also very beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson!
