Ballena Bliss Three Bedroom Home

Enjoy the Pacific Ocean views, the sounds of the Costa Rican jungle and a private swimming pool, along with a wonderful three-bedroom home, in Ballena, Costa Rica (10 minutes south of Uvita). The property is gated and has a carport for up to two vehicles. The first floor of Ballena Bliss was designed to incorporate enjoyment with both the inside and the outside of the home, but blending into one connected space. The second floor is where all three bedrooms are located (all bedrooms have air conditioners inside the room). The Owner's Bedroom: A/C, en-suite bathroom Bedroom #2: Queen bed, A/C, patio/balcony access from the bedroom Bedroom #3: Bunk beds, A/C There is a bathroom on the second floor for the guests of Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 to share. There is an amazing outside covered patio on the second floor available for Guests to enjoy the outdoors throughout the year. It's a great place to enjoy the breezes, the sounds of the jungle and to watch the ocean. Staying at Daniela & Carmen’s house was a wonderful experience. The view from their back porch is awesome, and their hospitality is even better. It was a true, local, hosted experience (what AirBnb was founded on)! The house is up on a steep hill, but it’s in a great, cozy location; totally worth it for the views and cool breezy weather. It was a very comfortable, economical accommodation, just as their listing had described. Also, Carmen is a great cook, very caring, and was super patient with my mediocre Spanish! Daniela was an awesome host; she communicated really well about logistics, was flexible with my shifting plans, and was super friendly. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay, even if you aren’t just trying to stay close to the airport, because the beds are large and comfortable, the rooms are big and the house is quiet, but more significantly, the hosts are lovely and kind people with great communication. Will always look for this place first whenever I’m in the area.

Everything in Costa Rica is amazing and how would Janet and her apartment not be? Very well located, large and comfortable apartment with everything you need to have a great stay, both short and long! The hostess is excellent, very friendly, if you are Brazilian like me, don't be afraid of your portunhol, she strives well to understand, as well as speak English very well. Juan's place is great value. I enjoyed the amenities, location and decore of the place! The bed is huge and super comfortable. A rarity in most Airbnbs in Costa Rica. Juan was readily available to answer questions and offer suggestions and the check in process was smooth. I will definitely stay here again.

This cabin has state of the art appliances! We so appreciated the Nija for morning smoothy. The wrap around balcony allows you to watch birds in the jungle that is just a few feet away from the house on all sides. This place is private. The drive in goes through a tunnel of lush and then empties into a carport under the house. Super private. The carport itself has a sink and hose and cleaning supplies. Inside the cabin there are windows in every direction. Birdwatchers you will love it because you don’t have to venture out. Solid furniture, simple non-clutter living space. Getting there you go through a few houses that are very well kept. River close by.
