Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders Abends mit all den Lichterketten fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Durch die direkte Lage zur Straße ist es jedoch teilweise besonders durch viele Motorräder recht laut. Auch ist es mühsam die Unterkunft zu Fuß zu erreichen, da die Straßen keinen Gehweg besitzen und man quasi auf der Straße laufen muss. Zimmer, Küche und Toilette waren sehr sauber. Nur die Dusche war teilweise etwas schmutzig. Entgegen der Beschreibung muss für das Waschen von Wäschen 10$ gezahlt werden. Meiner Meinung ein fairer Preis, besonders weil die Wäsche sehr schnell gewaschen wird, leider jedoch nicht deutlich der Beschreibung zu entnehmen. Julie war immer sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet.

I have stayed at the Aparthotel Don Francisco several times in different units and have had a positive experience every time. The units vary a bit but have always been very clean and comfortable and the pictures reflect the apartment accurately. I appreciate the convenience of 24 hour check in and the parking area is very secure, which is helpful as we often stay when we are visiting San José to make purchases. It is a good value for the cost and a good fit for a short stay or a longer term stay.

This is a modern and fully equipped studio located close to San José Downtown (10 minutes walking). Close to it you can find a lot of restaurants and dinning (Barrio Esclante is less than 10 minutes away from here!). You’ll love this studio due to the views, the location, and the high ceilings. Also, because of services such as free Wi-Fi, safe box and private security. Also, there's laundry service (fees apply). This studio is good for couples and business travellers.

The apartment is above a small hotel called La Posada del Mar, is family friendly, and provides a fun and comfortable environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. Cleaning service and linens are a part of your stay and we offer beach towels with a small deposit.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. La limpieza y comodidad del espacio fueron excelente. La seguridad y parqueo privado son dos beneficios geniales. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar en este lugar confiados en su calidad.

I enjoyed staying here. The place was comfy and extremely clean. The place it’s in a good location from shops, bus stops and close to drive anywhere really. The people who work there were very helpful and kind.

El lugar tiene muy bonitas instalaciones, el desayuno sin duda muy bueno y con variedad… El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos todo muy limpio y organizado.

Thank you for the welcoming hospitality, the lady at the front desk was very nice and it was a very nice apartment hotel for our travel (3 adults).
