Vacation rentals with a patio in San Jose Del Monte City

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

Our stay was beyond amazing. The host Sir Carmelo, was incredibly responsive and I truly appreciate his consistent and thoughtful assistance with every inquiry and request. The place is beautifully designed, and every detail from the decor to the lightning, adds to the warm and inviting ambiance that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s also well-suited for families, with enough space to make everyone feel at home. There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.
