We really loved our visit at Adolfo and Stevie’s home. It was so relaxing and such a nice getaway. We really enjoyed the backyard and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to get a vacation like experience. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. 5+ Stars!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming and peaceful — even better than the photos! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and all the small touches really made a difference. The location was also perfect: quiet and safe, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering great recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care that went into making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. We’d definitely love to come back again!

The homey vibe made me feel comfortable, and the interior and exterior with both so gorgeous! Communication was amazing, and everything was clean and pristine. Perfect for family vacations and very kid friendly. The home just seemed like a perfect fit for my group. The backyard was definitely our highlight with the gorgeous lighting and seating. I appreciate the fencing around the pool and the area dedicated for dogs to do their business. This is a perfect stay!

This is such a charming home. We loved the 20s architecture, modern decor and location. Relaxing in the living room and enjoying the beautiful "Hallmark Movie" neighborhood through the large windows. There is wi-fi available, but no TV...no problem, the home is so relaxing who needs a TV? Bring a good book and enjoy the view. This was the cleanest airbnb we've ever stayed in. Janae makes sure you have everything you need: extra toiletries, towels, blankets, fans, iron , etc... When the back yard fence is repaired, it will be such a nice kick-back private area for conversation, BBQ, etc... It is a very safe area and within a nice walking distance to park and local shops. Janae is an EXCELLENT communicator and our check-in was a breeze. We will DEFINITELY be booking this cottage in the future!

I had a great stay at James’s place it was very peaceful and quiet. James was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. I love the setup I would definitely book again! Highly recommend to other guest!

Great space and loved the access to the gym. The only thing that may be an issue for taller people, is the shower head. I’m 5’1 so it was perfect but if you are taller the shower is very small and the shower head is very low. Over great decor and amenities.

Worth every bit. it was the stay you can come back to frequently. It was a very comfy stay in a beautiful home. We really enjoyed the interior design and neighborhood. Truc was an amazing host making it as smooth for us as possible.

Gustavo made me feel right at home! The washer and dryer work great, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is wonderful. Easy to get in and out and you have so much less than 5 minutes away (target, Walmart, chipotle, Starbucks etc.) Highly recommend and would love to come back

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. The space was clean and matched the listing photos, and check-in was smooth and easy. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels and a coffee setup! Would recommend if you’re in the area 💯

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Denise’s. It was the perfect place to stay while traveling for a few weeks for work. Denise was so sweet, responsive, and made me feel at home. Her place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely a great place for someone needing to stay a bit longer.

I'm a traveler in the medical field and stay at a lot of Airbnbs. Stephen's condo was wonderful! Close to several grocery stores and restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of space, great kitchen, and a super comfy bed. Definitely would stay here again.

No need to worry about Denise’s place. Everything is as described and Denise is very accommodating. Great location. Area is safest in Modesto and very close to the freeway. Thank you Denise.

Always appreciate staying at Don's place. It's easily accessible and clear instructions are given to help you not get lost. Two of the cutest cats roam the place and give you a warm welcome. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and I'd book again.

It was such an amazing stay I felt like I was at home in the suburbs with the ducks an lakes and waterfalls literally it was clean and peaceful he was very understanding and always communicated quickly and helpful for other things as well the best stay this far I've ever been to I definitely will be rebooking and referring him thank you with all my heart for an amazing stay
