Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

Completely refurbished apartment with new furnishings. The accommodation is strategically located a short distance from the city center which can also be reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies. The accommodation, with a wonderful sea view, overlooks the cycle path that leads to the Valle Rosandra reserve. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation equipped with smart TV and home automation.

The property is located on the third floor of a historic Trieste building equipped with a lift without architectural barriers. Very sunny, comfortable and welcoming.

Very kind and helpful host. Well-equipped kitchen, with some bottled water in the fridge on arrival and coffee pods! Separate washer and dryer were great. Walking distance to stores/restaurants with nearby parking garage. Perfect for family of four. In a relatively quiet part of town so can sleep with windows open or with room a/c on.

We felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and super equipped. The contact with Francesca was also very good. She was nice and always responded quickly to everything. We were even able to get into the apartment earlier than indicated. The location is also perfect. Supermarkets, restaurants and also the ferry to Trieste are within walking distance. The only small drawback is that the apartment is very noisy and we had the bad luck that the apartment above was just renovated and the tenants watched TV until late into the night. The fact that we were there with a toddler was a little disturbing. But otherwise really everything great.

The house is very stylish and it has a lovely garden with cherry trees. The host is super kind and responsive and personally checked us in. It is a great base to explore the beautiful region! We would recommend this place for sure. The only thing to be aware of is the fact that the last bit of the road to the house is pretty narrow. We had no trouble navigating it, but if you are a bit of an anxious driver, this is good to know!
