Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Verona! Die Wohnung war super sauber und es gab keinerlei Mängel. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von den durchdachten Details – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Gebäude, das vor knapp drei Jahren gebaut wurde – es ist also ziemlich neu. Eine großer, überdachter Balkon, der auch wirklich groß war, war ein weiteres Highlight. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche draußen aufhängen, auch wenn es geregnet hat. Die große, komfortable Garage war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Der Zugang zum Gebäude mit dem Auto war super einfach, und mit dem Aufzug konnte man bequem hoch fahren. Unsere Gastgeberin Anna war jederzeit für uns da und immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir bedanken uns herzlich Anna! Wir können dieses Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

This apartment is a really nice place, fully equipped with good furnitures (sofa, matress, cooking tools, etc...) and very well thought. We can notice Marta is perfectionist (in the good way) and we enjoy this quality as users! The apartment is even bigger than the pictures let it appear. Just so you know, having a regular (=not to long) car is very useful to get in the inside yard for a while, especially if you have many things to unpack.

Fabrizio ist ein super netter, sehr hilfsbereiter und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Vor Anreise gab es einen Überblick über die Wohnung und ganz klare Anweisungen. Einzig die Mülltonnen haben wir etwas gesucht, da sie sich, für uns etwas ungewöhnlich, außerhalb des Grundstücks vor der Tankstelle befinden. Aber auch hier hat Fabrizio sofort geholfen! Die Wohnung selber ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Betten sind toll, es gibt viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie kühles Wasser und Wein zur Begrüßung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Umweltbewusstsein in der Wohnung bzw. in den Anweisungen! Die Arena ist tatsächliche 20 min zu Fuß entfernt, und das Auto parkt super im Innenhof. Wir können die Wohnung von Fabrizio wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles, Fabrizio!

Eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Klimatisiert, Tiefgaragen Parkplatz vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, also alles was man braucht um angenehme Tage dort zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Michael. Er ist sehr nett und immer schnell erreichbar gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ottimo esperienza. Appartamento situato in pieno centro a Zevio, molto comodo per raggiungere la piazza e la scuola. L'interno pulissimo e l'host estremamente disponibile.

We had an absolute amazing time at Casa Fiumicello. The apartment was about 15-20 minutes away from the termini by bus and a 20+ minute walk to the Piazza and the bus stop was only a minute away from the unit. Although we didn’t meet in person but Chiara sent us all the instructions which were very easy to navigate and we were able to check in early. We very impressed by the cleannesses of the place including the kitchen and the bathroom. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay from a balcony to sit and enjoy coffee and a AC keep the place cool. We also had the luxury to have a washer which we absolutely appreciated to use. The grocery store was also a minute away which was very convenient. We were able to attend the infamous Arena di Verona and see an opera that has lasted a life long larger than life experience in the amphitheater for us. Overall we found Chiara to be very responsive, professional host. We would recommend her and her place to anyone without a doubt.

A fabulous 5 nights stay, beautiful apartment with bus stop right outside with links every 15 -20 minutes into centre and train station . Great base to come back to after busy days exploring. Would love to come back. Andre was super flexible and accommodating with our flight times with check in thanks so much a fabulous stay!

The apartment itself is beautiful, all brand new and very clean. It is a 10 minute walk from the train/bus station and a 15 minute or so walk into the centre of Verona. Achille was very responsive to queries, replying within minutes and was very helpful. The only disappointment is that the balcony currently overlooks building work taking place on the property next door (obviously this is outside Achille’s control) and is close to the train line although the trains did not disturb us in the apartment as the windows are well soundproofed. We bought a 48 hour Verona Card which we’d highly recommend as it gives you access to all the main sites at far less cost than if you paid individually for them and includes free bus travel around the city.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in un appartamento nuovo e pulito. Situato a un passo da Verona e dalle splendide colline a est della città, in una zona tranquilla e rilassante. Montorio è davvero grazioso, con i suoi laghetti e i canali d'acqua tra le case. Uno di questi scorre proprio sotto le finestre di casa ed è un piacere ascoltarlo. Luca ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per accedere all'appartamento, è stato pronto e veloce nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Soggiorno perfetto!

L’appartamento era davvero bello e molto pulito, esattamente come nelle foto. La posizione è comoda, con un supermercato a pochi passi, il che è stato molto pratico durante il soggiorno. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente la vista dal balcone: affacciarsi sui campi è stato rilassante e piacevole, specialmente al tramonto. La host è stata disponibilissima e gentilissima, sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente tornerò volentieri!

The house looks exactly like the photos. It felt like we were staying in one of those model homes you see on Pinterest. It’s beautifully and aesthetically designed. Everything was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The parking and the house in general felt very safe. It’s about 5–6 minutes by car to the city center. Special thanks to Stefania for her warm and friendly welcome.

Die Unterhaltung mit Debora war immer super freundlich und ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und super schön ausgestattet, das einzige was geändert werden kann ist die Matratze in Schlafzimmer, aber kein Grund Stern weniger zu bekommen! Zentrum ist sehr gut erreichbar mit Bus und auch mit Auto von der Wohnung. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein Restaurant/ Cafe/ Bar Charlie die super gute Croissants morgens haben und Abends ist super gut für alle ein bisschen sich zu entspannen und etwas zu trinken. Alles lief perfekt mit der Wohnung und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Me sorprendió el corto plazo que había para hacer el checkin (14:00-18:00), no me había fijado y tuve que cambiar algunos planes de mi viaje, aunque este horario si estaba publicado. De todos modos, el alojamiento estaba limpio y era espacioso, todo lo demás fue muy bien. La recepción fue amable.

Host super disponibile, ne ho trovati veramente pochi così cortesi. Il posto è tranquillo, con la fermata del bus sotto casa, con un ambiente piccolo ma decisamente accogliente. Promosso a pieni voti!

Everything was impeccable! The place Leonardo offers is beautiful, spacious, modern, and comfortable. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Verona. Leonardo responded quickly to any questions we had, and it was easy to find the apartment and check in

Angela's place was perfect for a family stay. We had our family of four with two small kids - a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. We greatly appreciated the kid's dinnerware, highchair, crib and toys! We stayed in June, so the air conditioning was necessary and we were grateful for it after hot ventures out. The pizza place downstairs is amazing and it was nice having a grocery store nearby. We ate several dinners on the balcony, which was lovely. Angela was very attentive and helpful during our trip. Would stay here again!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

Het was echt droomhuisje voor onze huwelijksreis met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Buiten 2 lekkere ligbedden en tafel met 4 stoelen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

Amazing doesn’t come close to describing this place, it’s like your home away from home, except waaaaaay nicer! Would love to rent this place next time I’m in Italy!
