Smoking friendly vacation rentals in San Giovanni La Punta

We had a great stay at this very central apartment. Everything was as described in the advertisement, super clean and well equipped. Even coffee and milk for the first morning were provided, very thoughtful. As also her recommendations for the neighborhood were. Just as previously mentioned the apartment was a bit hard to find in the beginning because the sign next to the apartmentdoor changed. But some really nice locals helped to find it quickly.

Amo La Sicilia!! The perfect apartment, for a perfect holiday. The location was spot on - just off Via Etnea; a few minutes walk from the sights of the city, supermarkets and a tube station (one stop from the train & bus station hub). The apartment itself was lovely and worked well for our family (young children) despite all the steps! Clean, not cluttered but nicely furnished and decorated and well stocked for self-catering. Neighbourhood was lively in an evening, lots of bars and restaurants, but it didn't impact our stay at all. Final shout out to Marco our check in and out host, who was friendly, polite, flexible and very helpful. Really appreciated his warm approach and communication. Would certainly recommend this apartment and host for people thinking about staying in Catania. Thank you for making our Sicilian holiday a family experience we won't ever forget!

Had a great time staying at this air BnB, Paolo was quick to respond to any questions, the place was up a steep hill but very close to Main Street and worth the climb! Everything was clean and well provided, I would recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time! Alessandra is an amazing host, always responsive, very kind and helpful. Flat was amazing, it had everything we needed and way more, and the location was very close to both the train station and the city center (cca 10min walk). Thank you Alessandra for everything! 🩷

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The house is divided by one door to make it easy to use air conditioning in half of the house and the other half without. Meaning that while family is sleeping in the bedrooms the other family could easily be enjoying the living room with the fresh breeze from the sea. I want a condo like this one. There are 3 separate air conditioners. One in each bedroom and one in the living room that can convert to another bedroom because of the sofa sleeper. Don’t try to use all three air conditioners and the oven at the same time. There are limits and it only makes sense. All beds were soft and comfortable. We did have an extra key if we had to split up to go shopping or use the pool. The pool is a plus here because there are a lot of rocks in the nearby beaches and vendors harassing you. The town is a 5 minute upward climb but my 85 year old mom with no mobility issues was able to walk up and down for a straight 5 days, often twice a day.

Fantastic place to stay - walkable distance to good places to go. Very comfy bed! Also host was fantastic - everything was ready for our arrival. Would recommend and would love to stay again!

Silvia was a lovely host and very responsive, we organised transfers to and from the airport with Roberto which was really easily and he greeted us and settled us in very warmly. The flat is beautiful with an incomparable view and in a great location. We would definitely return!

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hébergement et je l'apprécie vraiment. Martina est très gentille et attentionnée. La maison est chaleureuse avec ses murs épais et ses plafonds voûtés. Tout est là et d'une propreté impeccable. Le matelas est de bonne qualité. L'emplacement est super, à proximité des sites historiques, tout en offrant un calme exceptionnel. C'est merveilleux d'être à deux pas de tout et de pouvoir se détendre. Je ne peux que le recommander et j'ai hâte de pouvoir à nouveau profiter de cet endroit.

Très agréables accueil et séjour proposés par Emanuele et sa petite famille. Appartement énorme, propre et très confortable. Seul détail, la rue de la maison se trouve vraiment collée à une autre. Attention, est celle qui monte toute étroite. A part ça, je recommende aller chez Emanuele les yeux fermés.

Melania è stata gentile e disponibile da subito. La casa è super carina e comoda. Immersa nel parco naturale, vicina alle gole dell'Alcantara. Tranquilla e rilassante ma comunque non distante al centro abitato. La famiglia di Melania, che abita al piano di sotto, si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Torneremo molto volentieri e lo consiglierò ad amici.

Fantastic host and Grazia’s husband was so helpful on arrival. The apartment was spacious and spotless clean. Beautiful sea view and location was brilliant. Everything was within walking distance and accessible on foot. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Host was very communicative. throughout

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Alberto and Giorgio were so helpful and Giorgio was kind enough to pick us up from the station and drive us to the location. He also took us around to the local restaurants and bars and introduced us to the locals. The place was also lovely and very cosy and Castelmola was so beautiful to explore! Would definitely love to come back again.

Already miss this lovely place which became our dream Sicilian country home for three nights! Located in a peaceful gardens area, accompanied by lovely doggies, Mathilde's place gave us a feeling of coziness and freedom. I can only regret that our busy programme didn't allow us to meet with her in person but she was ver approachable and easy going. If you are looking for a quite place near to Naxos and Taormina, and a good starting point for Etna - don't hesitate to book this place :)

Lamberto è stato gentile e premuroso. il suo appartamento è vicinissimo al centro e si possono visitare a piedi tutte le attrazioni di Catania. Vicinissimo a Via Crociferi...La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, per 2 è ideale, ma anche in 4 si può tranquillamente stare. Letto perfetto, così come gli altri ambienti. Siamo stati benissimo...arrivederci Lamberto e grazie di tutto

Petit studio avec une incroyable terrasse avec vue sur l’Etna. Équipement tout à fait suffisant pour deux. Giulia est très sympathique et accueillante, nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien. La vue se mérite : il y a une centaine de marches pour accéder au logement (sans ascenseur). Nous avons tellement aimé que nous sommes moins sortis que prévu, pour profiter de ce petit coin de paradis. Lors d’une éruption le spectacle est époustouflant.

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Terasse ist ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en casa de Marco. Muy amplia, bien situada, con parking cerca de la propiedad. Todo ha sido excelente.

Apartamento super amplo, com uma linda área externa, no prédio ainda tem um terraço disponível para os hóspedes. Muito perto do centro e em frente a parada de ônibus. Ao lado de um mini mercado. O apartamento e exatamente como as fotos. Roupa de cama e de banho ótimas! Máquina de lavar roupa foi ótimo, uma vez que estou viajando há vários dias. Cheguei no apartamento no dia do meu aniversário e ainda fui surpreendida com um balão de feliz aniversário e um espumante. Adorei o espaço e indico com certeza!

Diese Wohnung mitten in Taormina mit Dachterrasse und Blick über die Bucht und den Ätna ist superschön. Viele viele tolle Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe, 5 min zum Amphitheater, man taucht richtig ein in sizilianisches Leben. Chiara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die viele Tipps gibt, und bei kleineren Problemchen sofort hilft und sich kümmert. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und haben uns in Taormina verliebt.

Sistemazione consigliata per l’ottima posizione. Le foto corrispondono a quello che l’alloggio offre. Possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in maniera gratuita nelle strade adiacenti all’appartamento. Host molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire le informazioni richieste in maniera tempestiva. Se dovessimo ritornare a Catania sceglieremmo sicuramente la stessa sistemazione!

Vriendelijk ontvangst en super gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het drukke centrum . Zou het iedereen aanbevelen. Alleen een trappetje af en door de stadspoort het centrum in. Voor mensen die goed ter been zijn!
