This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

Siamo stati ospiti nell'appartamento di Gesualdo in 6, tutta la famiglia: io e mia moglie, i miei genitori e mio fratello con la ragazza. La casa rispettava alla perfezione la descrizione e le fotografie, grandi spazi e servizi comodi per garantire una perfetta settimana di vacanza per tre coppie. Le comunicazioni con Gesualdo sia prima del nostro arrivo sia durante il soggiorno sono state chiare e rapidissime. Il mare è veramente sotto casa, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Per chi invece, come noi gli piace cambiare, la casa si trova in una posizione ottima per spostarsi nel territorio di Reggio Calabria e dintorni per vedere tra le tante cose anche spiagge diverse. Siamo tornati ieri e già ripartiremo!

Excellent séjour! Hôtes très prévenants et nombreuses possibilités à proximité en voiture. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et le petit déjeuner très copieux. La connexion internet permet de travailler (à l'intérieur du logement). Le Lungomare Falcomatà se trouve à 10mn en voiture.

Das Haus in Scilla besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage direkt am Meer und die Nähe zum Zentrum, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Alessandra hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles Wichtige erklärt. Pierluigi war immer erreichbar und gab uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Insgesamt haben wir unsere Zeit in Scilla genossen und die charmante Atmosphäre des Ortes sowie die Nähe zum Strand sehr geschätzt.

Antonio war ein super Gastgeber! Wir haben sehr kurzfristig für eine Nacht gebucht, und alles hat super geklappt! Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls top! Die Unterkunft auch super. Es sind ein paar stiegen die man rauf muss, aber halb so wild. Das einzige was uns bisschen Zeit und Geduld gekostet hat, war der Parkplatz. Es ist eine starke Steigung und man fährt dann rein in den Vorhof, und das ist etwas knifflig gewesen. Aber auch machbar - meckern auf hohem Niveau 🤭
