Had a fantastic stay at Emanuele's place. The room and pool area were lovely and created a great environment to relax in. The location is great, and Emanuele is a super kind and attentive host!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Really nice stay in a nice clean home. Close to the city center and with the possibility of free parking on the street just outside. Really nice backyard where you can eat your food. The apartment is darker than in the pictures and the kitchen was missing a few things, such as knives, so you could cook properly. But all in all a recommendable place

Andrea's accommodation is on the third floor at the top of the building, it is very spacious for two people, you have a washing machine on the terrace, very convenient with everything you need for ironing. Down 50 m you have a supermarket for shopping, a pastry cafe (excellent) and it is very easy to find a place to park nearby. I would recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. we were blown away with the apartment, the terrace and view were amazing, very well equipped with everything you need, check in was so easy, Tonia's communication was excellent, one problem, we wish we could of stayed longer.

A real gem! Very tastefully and carefully renovated house. Check-in and check-out with Marco totally straightforward. The location was perfect for me and has a very pleasant environment. Parabita is charming and a highlight for art lovers. Beautiful beaches nearby with water that fascinated me. Excursions to the surrounding towns were exciting for me. Very authentic. I am thrilled and will definitely recommend Marco.

I spent 5 nights and I really enjoyed William's place. William is a friendly and responsible person and helps his guests to feel like home. The place is confi ,spacy and clean. It has everything for a short or a long stay . There is an amazing terrace as well that is a nice place to enjoy being outside. The location of the place is excellent as well. I could give a highly positive feedback.

We loved our stay, It was everything we hope for and Luigi was a great host. Appartment was very cozy and clean with brethtaking, panoramic view from terrace. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Otranto it's a beautiful city with a lot of attractions, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, bars and lovely people. We really recomend this place and would come back for sure.

Gabriele's house is a top find! We would have loved to stay even longer! The pictures don't even do it justice. Beautiful inside and outside spaces! Everything is spacious and clean, top furnished in garden and pool area, as well as kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms! The location is also perfect - full privacy and very peaceful but close to Lecce, the most beautiful beaches and cute little towns. Gabriele is such a great host! We felt immediately welcome! The villa it is exactly how it looks in the photos maybe even better. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back. The place is it stunning and incredibly peaceful. We were traveling with our 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved spending time in the pool and garden surrounded by nature. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen and very nice restaurants . The host is very helpful and responsive. Halfway through the holiday we were offered a complementary cleaning service that felt like a real cuddle. I definitely recommend choosing one of the properties of elements by istanti as they are looked after very well and nicely decorated and Cosimo and Letizia are always there to help trough the whole holiday.

Fantastic stay in nice part of Lecce within walking distance of the city center. Also perfect as a base for the Salento. Be sure to have a coffee at one of the authentic tents in the street and don't forget to eat Pizza at Rosetta's. We will definitely come back.

A weekend of absolute relaxation on the occasion of a beautiful event full of flowers in Leverano. A delightful apartment, very clean and equipped with everything, awaited us a short walk from the historic center. The outdoor garden then... a wonderful surprise and having breakfast there, among the plants and in absolute silence, was very pleasant. Antonella, even at a distance, was a discreet, kind, and very friendly presence. Too short to fully appreciate all the wonder of these places. Thank you See you soon

Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for hosting us and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked beautiful in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, shower and kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to introduce him to the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out so that we could have a good vacation. Even mosquito nets. They even planned a map and recommended lots of nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We'll be back with pleasure for our next stay and recommend their accommodation 100%.

We were guests of Maria Teresa, we immediately felt comfortable, the apartment is a real "gem" and the hospitality is excellent, the host always considerate towards us giving us excellent advice on the area. We had a problem with the car and she helped us solve it. Too bad the weather was a little bad. We will gladly come back. Heartfelt thanks and hugs.

Roberta's apartment is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Lecce. Large, well furnished, well-equipped, with a beautiful terrace, the apartment is peaceful day and night. Access with elevator to the 6th floor is ideal. The neighborhood is ideal for parking your car, shopping at the Conad supermarket 200 m away, and a bakery 100 m away. Lecce is a very beautiful city and an ideal base for exploring Salento. I recommend the apartment and Roberta for hosting us and for her good advice.

Well-located apartment near the historic center for walking. With private parking, good heating and a large terrace. One block from a supermarket. You can drive to Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, Castro for example. We liked it very much.
