The brand new Villa Leomaris S vacation home is a gem in nature. Surrounded by greenery and trees, the house is located in the popular sandy bay of Torre dell'Orso with white sand and crystal clear water. The property has an internal parking area from which the apartment can be reached through driveways. It is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, WiFi, a smart TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bath and bed linens are provided. 4 bicycles are also provided free of charge.

The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Hi :) I'm Paola and together with my daughter Silvia we look forward to welcoming you to our house, located just 150 meters from the sea. It has a large furnished living room with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all essential appliances. The 2 bathrooms are modern and equipped with a shower. You will find 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with a single bed. The location of the house on the seafront will allow you to easily reach the beach.

Enjoy a stylish vacation in this downtown space. The Palace was the seat of the Venetian Consulate on the Silk Road. By order of the Council of Doges, Venice sent a noble family to Otranto, who became the bureaucratic and administrative point of reference for all the ship traffic that went from Venice to the East and vice versa. The Palace has recently undergone a conservative restoration that has faithfully restored it to its original state.
