Vacation rentals with a fireplace in San Foca

Daniele's apartment was one of the best airbnb's we've stayed in. Check-in was simple to arrange. It was nice to actually meet Daniele on check-in; most Abnb hosts these days don't even bother. The apartment was clean, very spacious for two and extremely well-decorated and furnished. In a building on a small court (note that cars do park there) in the middle of the historic center, the location was perfect for exploring the sights on foot with many choices of restaurants within easy walking distance. Paid parking on the street just outside the walls of the historic district was a short walk to the apartment, simple to find and reasonably priced. Air conditioning was also good to have, although the stone construction generally kept the rooms cool. All in all, a perfect base to explore the historic center of Lecce. Highly recommended. I can only write a great review, Francesco is a kind and discreet person always available for any problem. He welcomed us into the house by making us find local products and also a bottle of his oil. The house was as described, very nice place and quiet beautiful sea very close to reach on foot. From San Foca you can reach various beaches. My family and I had a great time. Thanks Francesco, we'll see you again!

Iacopo was the best host I have experienced on Airbnb He'd thought of everything, every little detail was catered for. He explained everything clearly at check in and have left some thoughtful welcome amenities. The house is in the middle of the beautiful historic centre. I couldn't recommend this highly enough

The accommodation felt so authentic, it was wonderful. Coming back from a hot day outside, it was like going back in time when entering the fresh house. The location is very central and makes it easy to visit both the Adriatic and the Ionian coast if you have a car. I would 100% recommend!!

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

A wonderful four night stay in the historic centre of Lecce. The apartment/house was larger than expected. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Giorgia was a great host, meeting us early at the apartment so we could store our cases. She provided drinks and breakfast food. All those little extras make for a special stay. I highly recommend a stay at Giorgia’s house.

I love places with a sea view from above. I loved this place. Especially the room on the ground floor... From where I could admire the magical sunrise every morning! Antonella was very welcoming and always responsive! The only flaw is not being able to access the sea directly from there. It would be fabulous if they could find a way to do it. The place is suitable for those who love tranquility, the wind and the sound of the sea! ❤️

This place is unique and on a beautiful property. A little bit hard to find but it is nice and spacious. We arrived late in the evening and still had to check out at 10:00 am the following morning unfortunately so we didn’t really get to enjoy much of the place.

Lucci d'Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything: nothing is missing. From every window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment requires some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options for eating light and enjoying an ice cream. The parking lot next door is free if there is space, and very accessible if you pay. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back!

A beautiful apartment with unique 360 rooftop views in the truly glorious Gallipoli! The roof terraces are the star of the show and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on one, sunbathing on loungers and drinking morning coffees and sunset drinks on the top one - spectacular and incredibly peaceful! The master bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom was great, too. The kitchen was really well set-up. Close to everything you could want in Gallipoli! Marta and Tiziana were very responsive. If I had to flag one thing, it would be that because it isn't a self-check-in apartment, there is an extra charge for checking in after 8pm. Our arrival time was dictated by flights that changed after we had booked them, so this was out of our control. I appreciate that the apartment is run by a property business and you may need to pay staff to be available out of hours, but it's worth factoring this into your budget if you know you will arrive late. Still an exceptional experience!

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have made us want to get to know them better, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very friendly and kind, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. Andrea's accommodation is on the third floor at the top of the building, it is very spacious for two people, you have a washing machine on the terrace, very convenient with everything you need for ironing. Down 50 m you have a supermarket for shopping, a pastry cafe (excellent) and it is very easy to find a place to park nearby. I would recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. We were greeted perfectly in English, the apartment was very clean, the mattresses comfortable, close to great beaches and the center - everything available for the kitchen and bathroom, including coffee, wine, drinking water, etc. - Thanks for the wonderful stay to the whole family

Very nice garden. House large enough for 4 adults since we had 3 bedrooms. 1 couple and 2 singles. Comfortable living room for the evening, breakfast in the sun... kitchen well equipped. the little extras, the cheerful welcome from Salavatore, and the departure when the couple provided us with sweets. location in the center of Salento which makes most destinations very easy to access. We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

I booked this villa for my family for a mini trip and everything was perfect. Beautiful house, lovely location and Marco was an exceptional host. Extremely good value for money given the standard of the accommodation. Would absolutley have no hesitation in recommending Marcos place

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

A wonderful place to rest peacefully. Spacious interiors with all comforts, well-maintained area and a pool where you can relax all day. Ruggiero and Angelo are very helpful and always available. If you dream of a peaceful Italian holiday away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. I recommend it 100% and we will definitely come back ❤️
