The 55 m2 apartment has 4 open spaces, living room, kitchen, workspace and bedroom, which can be separated with the sliding doors if desired. The space plays with different heights to offer varied cozy environments, very bright as it consists of 5 windows. From the living room you can enjoy views of the quiet and wooded pedestrian square. The house also has the amenities listed in the corresponding section, a microwave, a Tassimo capsule coffee maker, and a toaster. The refrigerator with freezer is located under the countertop. This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.
