Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

It is located in a residential area of Maspalomas. Nearby are parks, supermarkets, Holidayworld and Ocean Club Maspalomas. In the residence there is a condominium pool and a pizzeria restaurant with Italian cuisine. The apartment has free WiFi, a smart TV, air conditioning and a queen size bed with a viscoelastic mattress. The private terrace has a table with chairs for eating outside and sun loungers with an umbrella for sunbathing in your own garden.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
