Kid-friendly vacation rentals in San Fernando City

We had a great experience. There are 3 sinks, 2 bathrooms, comfy and airconditioned bedrooms, nice interior, they provided us towels and other toiletries, with drinking water provided, and a complete kitchen sets where you can cook. Also, the mother of charrie was also accommodating. However, during our stay, we had our unexpected experience. In the morning, there is no water in the house. It's not that there are no supplies, but a malfunction in the water pump which troubleshoot is needed. Also, their internet connection has a very poor performance and their television is not a smart one and no netflix (well it's not in the list anyway. We just expected things). In terms of location, it's not hard to find but it's not accessible in transportation and not near in tourist spots. It's a good thing that we rented a service to get here. It's 20-30mins aways from San Juan, La Union by the way. Nonetheless, we still had fun and highly recommended. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Lia’s place! The house was well-cleaned, and they even had welcoming treats for us. Everything in the house was well thought of for guests, love how they provide beach / pool towels and bath towels for us. Ate Jenny is very nice and accommodating, she visited us during the stay to collect our trash. They would also call tricycle service for us for when we needed to go out, since the place is a bit far from the center. The private beach access is one of the best parts — the shore is very clean and nice, you can watch the sunset. Overall, we really liked the place and would definitely come back!

Reasons to book Casa El Chico: 1.) Neil was an excellent host. He’s accommodating, kind, and simple to communicate with. 2.) The house has plenty of space and is clean. 3.) We can cook and prepare our meals. 4.) There are plenty of clean bathrooms, and the water pressure is excellent even when we're all using it at the same time. 5.) The rooms are extremely comfy and tidy. 6.) There are board games! We will definitely book again!

Had a good stay in her place. Near to the beachfront, accessible to the restaurants and bars. We just experienced a problem in their water supply for 1 whole afternoon but it was clean naman na the following day, even tho mahina yung supply ng water we still managed. We enjoyed our stay in your lovely and cozy home. The beach view from the penthouse terrace is really captivating plus the panoramic view from the room at the top floor. We had a wonderful stay at Balai San Juan! The place is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for a relaxing in Elyu. It has that homey and modern vibe that instantly makes you feel at ease. The location is ideal just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Mang Ferdz was also very welcoming and accommodating making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay in San Juan. Would definitely come back!

I highly recommended this place very comfy little bit quiet far but the place so peaceful and when you sight seeing the place actually we checked in on the third floor you see how much beautiful nature is ❤️ but on the middle of the night they had problem water pump on that day but over all so good and nice place from the kitchen to living room and bedroom so nice 👍 I love the wall color so very aesthetic for me and cozy place I come back again soon 👌🏽❤️

While we only ended up staying one night at the T House, we can confidently say that the location is perfect for anyone looking to surf in San Juan! The place was quite tranquil and offered plenty of other activities, such as boardgames and reading material to indulge in while staying in the premises. Its close proximity to the beach and multiple showers made it quite convenient to catch waves and take a swim, even if the location itself is not situated at the beachfront. Overall, an incredibly solid getaway!

Responsive and kind host. The place is clean and peaceful 15mins travel going to san juan beach. Its also feel safe since its a gated property the provided instruction to find the location is easy to follow and caretakers are friendly and approachable. will definitely comeback here and will recommend to friends and colleagues.

John and Alisa were very accommodating and responsive. The place is peaceful and private—perfect for a quiet escape, but be ready for lots of stairs and an uphill walk. It’s close to recommended restaurants and has a nice common area, pool, and view deck. We slept well and enjoyed the relaxing vibe. Some areas for improvement: WiFi is quite slow, lots of mosquitoes inside the room and washroom, a wobbly toilet bowl, and a rusty bathroom doorknob that sometimes gets stuck. All lights are warm yellow—having a warm white option would be great. Despite that, the place is still commendable. We had a restful stay and appreciated the surroundings. A small hello to baby Indigo and his brother—it was lovely seeing them around!

First, thank you, Mr. Rye sa pagiging responsive. Second, the place is good. Hindi lang sound proof, so dapat hindi masyadong maingay. Madaling hanapin and maraming malapit na kainan. Near lang sa Burnham, Igorot Garden, Baguio Night Market, Baguio Cathedral, SM Baguio, and Session Road. Madali lang din ang access sa transpo. Recommended place to stay.

While other units exist in the building, this one stands out. We even overheard other guests experiencing check-in issues, but ours was seamless thanks to clear and helpful instructions. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-equipped—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Baguio. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

This is the biggest space we ever rented, and it’s the best. I was juggling from one bed to another, internet is reliable, it has smart tv. I love the completeness of the kitchen, everything you need, they have it. Location is a bit far from everything else but nothing a taxi can fix. I have enough time to sip my hot coffee from the balcony. It was that peaceful.

Always keep coming back here because it really is the best place to be in Baguio. Near Burnham Park / Session Road and central location to everything. Nearby restos are a plus too plus the church!

Rally's place was very homey. The view from the living room-balcony was spectacular. His place is equipped well. All amenities are in place. We had a wonderful time. Rally's place is within walking distance to the Mansion and Wright Park. There are also a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back if we visit Baguio again

the location was very convenient and near main attractions in the city center. thanks to this airbnb, we're able to save a lot because we're just walking most of the time. it's a plus points that the victoria bakery is just in front of cedar peak. i would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The place was perfect for our family. The kids liked it so much that we even extended one more night! We will surely go back given the opportunity in the future.
