It has a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a very nice area dedicated to work or study. In front of the Cioccolatino house is the Pavese stop, where trams 4 and buses 34 pass, which in a few minutes take you to the city center or the hospital and university area. Under the house, you will find a 24-hour laundromat, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets for every need.

It is located near Stellantis, Inalpi Arena, Olympic Stadium, University of Economics, Lingotto, Eataly, Automobile Museum.

The magnolia house is a two-room apartment with a large outdoor space equipped for relaxation, suitable for singles or couples. The kitchen area has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a separate sleeping area. The apartment also offers the necessary comfort in summer thanks to the presence of mosquito nets and air conditioning. We can accommodate up to 2 adults (bedroom with a French double bed) and 2 children/teenagers (on the sofa bed in the living room).

The accommodation is located on the second floor without an elevator, a short walk from the Stupinigi forest and the Candiolo Cancer Care and Research Center. It is located in a quiet place and very close to the Candiolo Railway Station, as well as the Bus stop. The large courtyard allows you to leave your car as well as bicycles that can be useful for discovering the large park of the Stupinigi Hunting Lodge.
